Ordered bbq catering for a school event,Communication was great and the food was amazing! Tri-tip was tender and flavorful, chicken was juicy and seasoned perfectly! I will use them from here on out for all events!!

Had Chief's Catering this past weekend for my brothers college graduation party. The food was AMAZING! Everyone raved and raved about how good it was. We had carnitas, chicken & asada with beans & rice plus a salsa bar. They even made bomb quesadillas! They showed up early to get everything prepared and offered to start serving earlier than scheduled since more people had arrived earlier than we had planned. We had plenty of food left over once Chief's Catering finished their 2 hr serving time. It was packed up all together so everyone could still continue eating throughout the night. 10/10 would recommend! Contacting and scheduling with them was super easy. Extremely fast response time on Yelp. Will definitely hire again! Thank you for making a memorable day even better with your food!

I don't know what it is about Chief's tri-tip, but it is seriously so delicious. I ordered tri-tip for about 25 people and a large order of Mac and cheese. Both were a hit at my family party this past weekend. The kids especially loved the mac and cheese. Even as an adult, I've never lost my love for mac and cheese, and this definitely is a great addition to the different variety of mac and cheese that I've tried. My family kept asking me how I made it taste so good, and as much as I wanted to take credit for it, I had to tell them the darn truth! They were impressed by the seasoning and the tenderness of the tri-tip. Now it seems that I may be expected to always bring this to the party. Was I ready to sign up for this? No. But, it may become our new tradition!

Perfectly moist and tender tri tip, pork and chicken. Mac and cheese was pretty good. For those who like tamer cheese, it had non offensive nice mac that wasn't easy to crush. Cole slaw was good too. Can't go wrong but i like the tri tip and pork the most!

We hosted some people for a birthday in our back yard. We were able to easily get a quote and book with Brian through Yelp. We were so pleased with the service we received from chef Amanda! The food was excellent! She made tacos, quesadillas and mulitas. Then she packed everything into my baking dishes so that I could feed people arriving late. We would definitely book with chiefs again should we have the need in the future!

Glad I arrived with a hungry tummy at the YEE IQ Laser Vision event! Chief's Catering really hit the spot! What's not to love about tender BBQ tri-tip and chicken?! Along with the wonderful macaroni and apple coleslaw, I would totally have them over for future party events! The staff were so friendly in giving me seconds and were super generous with everyone at the event! Thank you Chief's Catering for being the Chief of BBQ Catering! You haven't seen the last of me ;)

We were so impressed with Chief's Catering! Brian showed up prompt with the food packaged extremely well. We opted for buffet style tacos that came with beans, rice, quesadillas, red salsa, green salsa, cilantro, onions, and lemons. He was extremely courteous and professional and ensured that the food would be warm through the whole event. Chief's Catering was available to answer any questions I had (and I had a bunch!) before the party and during. We will be using and recommending their catering services for all future events!

We celebrated my nephews 5th birthday party and my sister hired Chiefs catering for the main meal. Our guest were excited and kept commenting about the delicious salsas. They were also very impressed by the Keto tacos they made. The taco shell was made of crunchy cheese and stuffed with what ever meat we asked for. They also had purple onions and Cotija cheese to really make our tacos pop with flavor in our mouth. Not to mention the great customer service they provided. They were attentive, nice and highly professional. They brought their own cute set up and at the end of the day provided us with all the leftovers neatly packed. Amazing, service and food- highly recomendable.

This year we celebrated my husband's retirement and I wanted to have something other than tacos which are the usual. I called Brian and Bianca Ybarra, Chief's catering owners and they were very nice and helpful in choosing the menu and arrival time. It was completely hassle free. Their menu is well rounded for a lack of a better term and priced just right. They arrived promptly, the set up was professional and neat. Their stainless steel chafing dishes added a nice touch to the look since I wanted it to look as nice as possible. They wore masks and gloves. They were polite and friendly. There was plenty of food and of course, they left the left overs. Upon surveying my guest on the food everyone was pleased. Time and time again I heard it was delicious, amazing, tasty, hot (temperature) and just perfect. The temperature of the food given that it's bbq was a big concern, however, Bryant and Bianca ensured it would be warm enough for our guest to enjoy, and it was! We ordered tri tip, ribs, chicken, bacon wrapped asparagus, mashed potatoes and bbq beans, absolutely everything was delicious. No sauce needed. It was tender and moist. Not one piece of meat was raw or chewy let alone dry. Everything was just right!!! Needless to say we will be having them cater our next event. I totally recommend hiring them, you won't regret it!!!

Chief's catering is amazing! I would definitely recommend and use their business again in the future. Food was delicious, on time, and Brian is awesome! We had a catering party of 100 people, everyone was so happy! Tri tip, chicken, Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, rolls and pulled pork. 10/10!!
