Food is COLD, SERVED COLD.Last time I was here was in May or June of 2023... at LEAST food was served hot then.They were more friendly then... April 1st 2024, I don't recall Mohammed expressing ANY WELCOME.I was already present and ordered: Double 'Tikki Chicken' when a woman who arrived AFTER me was intentionally helped by the only worker present, ...BEFORE me.I spoke out: 'Oh Sure, Lady's first"Then she spoke out to Mohammed: 'Help him first'; She'd clearly repeatedly been there.She was sitting down. I was definitely hungry!Then: as Mohammed was in the Process of helping the woman, I SPOKE out my experience: "Do you INTENTIONALLY SERVE COLD FOOD? ...My Chicken is COLD!"Well cooked, tasty curry... just A LITTLE COLDER THAN ROOM TEMPERATURE.Mohammed ACTED surprised?As he took the Physical actions of Checking the metal 'steam re-heat' space. Yet he didn't speak his truthful intentions, instead he said: "I will re-serve you and ensure it's 'the correct temperature'("...No extra cost!" He said)He just didn't speak his mind of: "I'll serve you and BE SURE to microwave your food before serving")Seems like he's practiced stating "No extra cost"I WISH I had read reviews BEFORE walking from my nearby house for plate of their food.I know it's made fresh at their restaurant near "Holiday Inn", less than '2 miles away... Down The street on Redlands Boulevard', off I-10 and nearer to I-215Plus I WONDER if they CARE if the Health department checks or even cares about any sort of health inspections... because this place likely would be in jeopardy! WISH I had read reviews BEFORE walking 15 minutes from my nearby house for plate of their food.My own plate after tax was $7.89. Just before ordering from Mohammed, I asked him if the food was fresh?I was hungry and ordered "double chicken with mango lassi".Mohammed is certainly a practiced liar, because at first he said: 'I dunno if we have mango lassi".Only after serving Cold food, Packaged to leave with plastic bag... he said: No, we have no Mango lassi'... he knew that before I walked in!...I presume he waited to tell me... Just to ensure I paid. I sat down after receiving food after Payment.MOHAMMED must have been distracted or just lazy. I felt the sealed food container: ZERO heat.I sat down. After Opening my paid for meal... Rice and Chicken were both Cold. I thought to myself: At least it's not room temperature, but not refrigerator cold... I wished they cared more. I met the main restaurant owner/manager last year.In total, including my COLD CHICKEN (should be served no colder than 165° F! Otherwise FOOD SICKNESS can happen... but it's a family run business and Mohammed does not demonstrate to care!I'm sure his uncle cares, but Mohammed doesn't seem to!
