Horrible customer service. My family and I stopped by for lunch, we went through the drive thru and the girl who placed our order was extremely rude and was rushing us. After each item we ordered she would respond with "is that gonna be it? " She never repeated back our order so we pulled up to the window we asked for him to repeat the order because we felt rushed and he proceeded to rush through our order as well. We got home and realized we were missing straws, condiments and no toy in my daughter's kids meal. We asked for a #1 and the chicken was the spicy one not the regular one. On top of that the salad I ordered was old and impossible to eat. Will never go to this location again.

Food here is always hot, fresh and ready, the staff is always very nice and goes out of their way to make sure everything is always right. I really love and appreciate how attentive they are, when i and other customers come up to the counter for something they waste no time to come and help. I understand how busy it is and them doing their all to make sure the customer service is there is really refreshing and great to see. Definitely recommend the 30 count!

I always give places another chance, and this particular Chick-fil-A is just to convenient for me so it's hard not to visit. I can honestly say they've never messed up my order, and for the most part, been very friendly. When I go inside, it seems a little chaotic for some reason, but it honestly could just be the layout of the kitchen/counter area. The food however, it as I would expect to be. With that, their parking lot is horrible. They reconfigured their drive-thru entrance again! I get that they are busier than they were probably expecting, and they are trying to use their parking lot wisely, but some signage would be nice. There are cones everywhere and you honestly can't tell which cones lead to you were. One set, which looks like the drive-thru, leads you to another section of the parking lot. Another forces you into what looks like another parking lot, then you have to swing back, and kind of guess which lane puts you in the drive-thru. I'm assuming the cones had been hit my several cars knocking them out of position as they seemed almost random. If you park on the side of the building, you could spend several minutes waiting for an opening to pull out as cars just keep coming, and they apparently don't see someone trying to pull out unless you just get aggressive and stick your cars butt out there. Problem is, like me, they aren't paying attention because they're looking at the wacked out cones in front of them trying to figure out what they mean.

I Chic-fil-A. I do. And I know that prices have gone up all over, but sheesh. Over $17 for chicken strips and a cup of Mac 'n cheese. It tastes good, but holy cow, (no pun intended). I think I could have gone across the street and sat down at Islands for this price. The staff is top notch, as always. This might be more of a critique of our governor than the restaurant.

So it started with the misspelled name they insisted on asking me for several times. When I placed my order I was told there'd be an upcharge of $3.50 to remove hashbrowns and replace with a yogurt parfait. I was okay with it. I ordered it. Once I got home the parfait was half filled and there was no granola anywhere ,not even on the side. This is the second time I've had things missing from my order in exactly the second time that I've visited. Over it.

I'm not a fan of this location. You have to drive all the way to the back of the parking lot and make a u-turn to get in the drive-thru. It's ridiculous. They almost always get my order wrong in some way. I will only come here if I have no other options.

I always loved coming to this Chick-fil-A but recently it seems like they are so rushed that they don't bother putting sauces, cutlery or even napkins in your bag. I've never had an issue with receiving my condiments when making a mobile order. Yesterday 2/21 I picked up my mobile order through drive thru, the girl quickly handed me my order and said "receipt & sauces are in the bag". Come to find no sauces, no napkins, no spoons for my child's ice cream cup & fruit cup. This place is giving the same customer service as McDonald's. Stop being greedy with sauces, no one likes eating dry chicken!

I would give zero stars if I could. Just when I think I can trust you, I'm disappointed again. Every time I drive away without checking, something's missing. Tonight, it was all my fries and an entree. This is frustrating and a waste of time. It happened right before closing, so who can I reach out to? Now I have three teens without fries and two sharing a sandwich. Excuse my French, but this is BS. After spending $78, I expect my full order. This is the 5th or 6th time this has happened. Please hire competent staff--it's not that hard to bag items properly.In short: always check your order before leaving. Don't say I didn't warn you.
