Food, customer service, and having the correct order never changes. Thus why, this location gets five stars. I stop by in between work hours and this place never disappoints. My go to order is now a side salad with ranch and extra crisps, their tortilla soup and either strips or nuggets. Their brownie and cookie is fire so make sure to order that on the side.

Up to Saturday, my experiences with this chick-fil-A was good. On Saturday my son and I did NOT have a good experience at all. We were asked twice my name if our order was correct . However when got to the window she asked if I was Judy I said yes and we got our order. Immediately we saw our drinks were NOT our drinks. So we decided to check our order , so we had to tell them it was incorrect and wait for our correct food order . Then we did not get our sauces , or condiments or straws it silverware. I'm sorry Chick-fil-A but you did not impress us and our trip was an epic fail.

Worse customer service of any Chick fil A by far. Very disorganized. I have been here a few times and swore never to come here again, but my daughter always convinced me because it was closer. Drive thru customers are very rude and will not let you through to parking. No one on staff to control drive thru. They could at least put up a sign that says "Do not block parking".

i've resisted writing this for probably six months, but after the third time of being majorly shorted fries and treated marginally at best by the girls taking our order it's time to let the management know..chick-fil-a service, quality and consistency is always outstanding so i'm shocked when it's not & at least the last 3 visits have left us feeling underwhelmed..this was supposedly our "large fry". picture below..
