Cherry On Top

Always a good trip when we come here, clean and friendly service. But tonight was especially great, I took my toddler out for valentines dinner and dessert but didn't realize how late it was, we pulled up at 9:02 right as they were locking up but when the guy saw us he waved us in and let us still grab frozen yogurt he even had us sample their special Valentine's Day flavor. Was really nice of them to stay open just a few extra minutes for us.

This rating is mostly towards the frozen yogurt provided- it was quite cheap in quality and I was sick for two days afterwards. Will not be returning unfortunately.Service was good, the guy greeted us when we were walking in at 9:25PM.

Ok, the yogurt is what it is. There's little to mess up here? Service sucks when the cashier can't ring up a discount. First thing she says "get another cup of 4 ounces if you want" I'm like, that's not how this should work? So yeah, she's clueless and wasn't given the tools to make the cost what it should be. Anyway, happy birthday to unemployed me.

This yogurt place is too expensive for the amount of food you get. Some of yogurt items was liquid-like soft or melted when you pulled the handle. A sign indicating that it was still freezing should have been placed had the staff checked each dispenser once in awhile. I paid with cash and I got my change but I did not get a receipt. I wasn't asked if I wanted my receipt. Oh well there goes my food reimbursement for my travel per diem. The yogurt was surprisingly good when it was not melted.

Tried this place out for the first time today. The guy working there (I asked and his name is Tyler) was really great with helping us (my wife, my mother in law, my two kids and myself) with samples and explaining the prices and how it all works. The frozen yogurt was delicious and lots of varieties to choose from and plenty of tasty toppings. We also had a lemonade slushy which was excellent! Prices are reasonable, the place was clean, and I just can't say enough good things about the service (Tyler). We will definitely be going back.

Very clean! They are constantly wiping down the counters. They are very friendly and have a great selection of both yogurt flavors and toppings! We definitely found our dessert spot in the area! My son loves it!

Tyler is an absolute asset! So friendly & helpful! The yogurt & slushies are delicious. Great variety of flavors & toppings. Would absolutely recommend this place. Will be going back.

Yesterday I had grub hub delivery and there was a hiccup in my order. Grub hub was fine this is about COT only. I called The shop and talked to Tyler, let me tell you he bent over backwards to make things right on a new order with me he was kind and knowledgeable and truly made me feel like he cared about his customers so kudos to you Tyler keep up the great work we need more of you in the world these days

I am extremely disappointed with Cherry on Top. This is the second time I've arrived well before closing--this time at 8:30 PM--and found the door locked. Their hours clearly state they're open until 9 PM, but the staff doesn't seem to care. I could see a lady inside, but she refused to open the door, even though it wasn't closing time yet.This used to be one of our favorite frozen yogurt spots, but it's become unreliable. I'm wasting my time and gas driving out here for no reason because they're not honoring their posted hours. It's really frustrating, and unfortunately, we'll have to start looking for other frozen yogurt places if this keeps happening.Please do better and respect your customers' time.
