Chef Pete catered a fabulous 60th birthday dinner for 12 at a villa at Pelican Hill. From the first phone conversation through the event, Pete was so easy to work with. He offered three cuisines to choose from and recommended several dishes. He gave me a nice variety of selections without being overwhelmed by too many choices. Each of the dishes were flavorable without being too spicy. He presented each dish with a nice introduction to the region, ingredients, and other fun facts. He prepared many of the dishes ahead so the event moved along at a great pace. His two servers were excellent. Overall a great experience at reasonable fees and great service. I highly recommend him!

Chef Peter's food is DELICIOUS! After seeing him on CHOPPED, my business partners and I decided to hire him to cook for us in our first private chef experience. I loved the food and experience, so I had decided to have him cook for me and my girlfriend 3 other times since. His pricing is reasonable and his portions were actually fairly large. I would hire him again for a special occasion.

Growing up, family time was always during dinner. But as our family has grown, meeting up became more cumbersome and scarce. So to encourage getting together more often we started during weekly family dinners, but even then it was hard to cook a huge meal after a long day of work. This is where Chef Pete comes in. My mom hired Chef Pete to help us keep our family dinners just be, family dinners plain and simple. Pete has introduced us to a lot of amazing dishes from many parts of the world with his take and sometimes ours. His food is excellent, and you can really taste his experience as a culinary artist as each dish he prepares he does with conviction. He's skilled, he's prepared, and he customizes his dishes to our wants and needs. I would definitely recommend his services to any event large or small. (In the event of a larger party, he will bring on extra help to get the dishes out timely). We never leave hungry when Chef Pete is cooking for us.

Chef Peter cooks amazing dishes! I hired him for a private dinner party at my house and he did above and beyond, he stays focused in the Kitchen to whip out delicious food, he even does dessert! He replied to me in a timing matter and listen to all my needs!

JUST BRILLIANT. Chef PETER was kind enough to come over and cook NYE dinner for my friends and I. The first time i ever hired a personal chef. I can't say enough wonderful things about the experience. The process was smooth. Spoke to him on the phone to give him a price point. He sent over proposed menu options. I selected four courses. He personally did the shopping himself and made sure every ingredient was quality from Whole Foods. Came and scoped our my kitchen a day or two before. Showed up on time with his assistant. Basically brought everything but the plates with him. Cooked and served an amazing dinner while keeping the guests happy and entertained. Great poise btw. THE FOOD: SPECTACULAR. Started us off with a strawberry and blue cheese salad. Second course was prawn scampi over a corn purée. Followed that up with perfectly cooked steak over a bed of mashed potatoes and green beans. The desert. Wow. He calls it Bannana foster. It's Bannana egg rolls with a chocolate sauce. Don't believe how good the food was? Just check out the pics. Actually, the pics don't do the food justice. Clean up was also amazing. They even did the dishes. Left the kitchen in better shape then they found it. Highly recommend.

I consider myself a decent home chef, but it's a real treat when I get a chance to sample Chef Pete's culinary creations. I've tasted everything from quick homemade meals to his formal pop up kitchen events. Some of the memorable dishes I've enjoyed are his pan roasted halibut with brunoised ratatouille and saffron emulsion, grilled skirt steak with pureed black beans, and smoked salmon with potato gallete, dill, and crème fraiche. Often, Chef's meals are prepared adjacent to his guests while he simultaneously manages to entertain and instruct; I'm amazed at wide range of friends he manages to assemble at his events. His before diner cocktails and wine pairings always complement each course and the dinner conversations. I encourage you try one of Chef Pete's amazing meals.

EXCEPTIONAL FOOD. GREAT SERVICE. All I can say is WOW. I had the honor and pleasure of having Chef Pete for dinner service last week and he cooked for a friend and I. I had found his service through yelp and decided to reach out. Chef Pete was extremely accommodating in scheduling us and accommodating to our needs and the process was extremely smooth for booking him. We called, picked an available time slot, and was given a food menu and showed up on the day of. We were extremely impressed. Chef Pete is truly a professional and an amazing chef.The food was healthy, wholesome, and fresh. Pete made us a 3 course meal and his pairing and choice was brilliant! One of the top meals I've had to date. If possible, request his pan seared salmon dish and apple tart! Not only did Chef Pete cook for us, he shared his inspiration for his dishes as well as the process, which was very fun and entertaining. Additionally, he shared a little about his story and his background as a chef. You can tell Peter is passionate about his food and he puts his heart and soul into what he does. He also loves people and is an all around great guy. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an exceptional meal. He also offers food preparation services and catering for large parties as well! Chef Pete catered a significant birthday party for me. He was recommended by Pelican Hill, in and of itself an enormous vote of confidence. We spoke on the phone, he got to know me and what I was interested in, and he put together a custom menu. He arrived early, set everything up, cooked every bite to perfection, and with a smile. The food was delicious, and fresh, and everything served at the right temperature. He cleaned up impeccably and shared leftovers. Chef Pete was a pleasure to work with, his menu was creative, and his cooking was exquisite. He delivered on every level.
