Chat Tea - Ontario

They have a poster of bubble waffles in the front of the store but don't serve any so we have to get the brick toast. It was a joke. It was a thick bread smeared with a spot of matcha, wasn't even enough to call it a thin layer, and that spot has no matcha flavour at all. Also got fish sticks which were a horrible, dark brown colour which were hard to chew. The drinks were average. Our stomach hurt after eating here, will never come back and don't recommend trying

Chat tea is a nice little boba spot, that has a good amount of seating. During the weekdays, you can catch a couple of kids here coming from the jr. high near by hanging out. At night it is a quiet little cafe where people are studying for having a dinner break. I got the lavender milk tea with no adjustments and it was perfect. The lavender flavoring came through in the milk tea and will definitely be back.

We've been regular customers of this tea shop since it opened at the shopping center at the corner of Archibald & Riverside over 3 years ago. I think we've been here at least a dozen times since it's the nearest tea shop to our home. The service is always great and the staff is always friendly. My go-to drink in the summer time has been their Strawberry Lemon Delight. It tastes like a blended strawberry lemonade and it's absolutely splendid! When we're in the winter time, my go-to would be the hot almond milk tea. Another great thing about this tea shop is their food. I've always had great experiences with their popcorn chicken. The chicken is crunchy and a little spicy. It's great as either a snack or a full blown meal if you get the rice plate. Overall, I highly recommend this tea shop as one of the best Ontario has to offer. I actually like it more than the chains like Kung Fu Tea or Sunright Tea Studio.

Found this place randomly, the inside is very cozy~~ Gibli vibes. The drink were okay

High quality teas and yummy food!!I've visited this cafe a few times now and service and quality both exceed expectations. A kind cashier/barista named Joseph always makes sure I like the taste of my drink and offers to remake it if it's too sweet, lacking flavor (which is almost never), etc. I like how this cafe serves more than just the typical snacks (popcorn chicken, fries, etc.). This cafe has rice balls, mapo tofu, pork katsu, curry, and more! The interior of this cafe is very cozy and has anime vibes (it also has anime decorations). There is a good amount of seating in the cafe and it is a good spot to study or get any work done. One time I also started making bead bracelets and none of the workers seemed to judge nor care so I felt comfortable doing other activities! I love this cafe so much that I wish they opened up a location in Orange County !! Everyone support this cafe so they can expand! They currently have another location in Eastvale which is not far from Ontario!

Great service. Probably better to order ahead of time though cause they do take a while preparing your order but overall one of my go-tos. I love the coffee milk tea. So delicious. My kids love the smoothies. Cute spot to study or work too. I love all the anime and decor.

I happened to find this location on Yelp and I'm so glad I came to try this place. I used the self serve kiosk to order I was the first customer of the day so they had fast service and they were pretty friendly. I ordered a Thai iced tea, Diablo rice ball and a spam and egg rice ball. This was my first time trying to rice ball and I was not disappointed. It was very good very flavorful and just the right amount of spiciness. The Thai ice was also very good. This location is very big and has a pretty good amount of seating areas. They also have a seating area where people could read a book or study. My favorite thing about this place was not only the food, but also the decorations. You can tell that they put a lot of thought into how they decorated this establishment. From the entrance to the wall by the restroom, everything was decorated with artwork, puzzles, plants, and drawings. I absolutely loved the inside of this place. 10/10 I highly recommend trying this place.

I really like the vibe inside. The seating area is so cute and good music. Plenty of drink options. Looks like it's made fresh. Snack foods available too. I like the curry rice! Staff is always so friendly. Highly recommend.

I usually don't drink boba and/tea but when we have visitors in town, I would take them to Chat Tea. I find their flavors of tea and syrup is much better than other places and boba has a little more softer chew. The service is also great as they would alter my drink if I was unhappy with the taste or sweetness. Place is also big enough to hang out with small and large groups. Will continue to bring friends here. Keep up the great work!
