I stopped by on my lunch break drove through the drive through ordered waited 14 minutes at the drive thru without NO FOOD!!!! No one came to the window, however I could hear the employees talking.I had to return to work so I drove off without lunch!!!! This was the 2nd time I waited 15 plus minutes at the window after ordering.I will not return and I caution those on lunch break to BEWARE!!!!!

Not a bad spot there deals are amazing here two large chili cheese fries for like $10 is a good deal and they don't hold back on the portion they hand out and there double cheeseburger deal for $16 is also another good one to and the burgers are 10x better then most fast food places I've been to especially Carl's Jr

Nothing like a good thick cheese burger after visiting a medical specialist ;) So, I was in the area and was craving a burger. My first time here at Charmer's. There's plenty of parking, clean and inviting dining area, restrooms are pleasant, and the employees are very friendly. My wife and I were going to split the dbl cheese burger combo (looked awesome), but the cashier informed us of the double cheese burger special. Well, great customer service! It was price friendly, cooked to order and the burger slice was thicker than a quarter pound (er) ... know what I mean ;) Yes, I highly recommend Charmer's if you're craving a burger.

Dunno why the rating on this place is so low. The food is actually pretty good and their prices are affordable. Our first time here we got their BOGO chili cheese fries deal. They were so cheesy and the chili was pretty good too. Their regular fries are crispy and remind me a little of a fatter, much less seasoned Rally's fries. My husband got a burger next time he went and they were pretty good too. So far we are pretty impressed with this place. Their deals are great. Their family burger meal was plentiful and we upgraded 2 of the fries for a little bit more so we could try their zucchini fries and onion rings (stick with the fries. The coating they use for the zucchini fries and onion rings are no good).The only thing that's bad is their location. In order to get here, u have to be going a certain direction. It's hard to get here from the freeway exit. You literally have to go a couple blocks and make your way back to it somehow. It's a lot of u-turns and navigating. Other than that, the food is good and because there's always a line, the food is fresh from cooking.

I ordered the double cheeseburger and fries with a Coke. The burger is so big that it was enough for two meals. I cut it in half. It was absolutely delicious.

My 2nd time here. Both times ordered the 2 cheeseburger specials and it was so flavorful! Nice and fresh both times I came. Fries are cooked to a crisp. Their ranch dressing is great but small packages (not a big deal) My new go to since the old avocado burger spot. The service is great here as well. Glad Moreno Valley finally has great a quality burger spot.

Breakfast is very bland no seasoning whatsoever, the breakfast burrito has way too much bland egg and 2 small pieces of bacon or sausage they would really benefit from adding it to the egg in chopped pieces so every bite can have some but no every bite is just egg that has no salt or pepper Definitely won't try their breakfast again

Had food delivered. Though we would try won't be going back or ordering again. First the food is way over priced second the hamburger had no flavor and the zucchini wasn't cooked. The chicken nuggets were cold and I don't live that far from the place

Every time we walk in the doors, we are always greeted joyfully. Excellent flavored food and customer service 10/10 recommend!! Always clean. Rams house approved
