Charmer’s Fresh Burgers

3/4/25 @1pm - Visited for first time and impressed with the large variety of food they make fresh. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner anytime you want. The customer service was pleasant too. The booths are hard to seat on though, like sitting on a rock. We ordered kids chicken nuggets with fries, Denver omelette that came with hash browns and toast, kids cheese burger and side of 1 egg in instead of fries (my kid can be unusual at times); cheese burger and fries. Everything was fresh and delicious. The fries are so good and crispy. The serving sizes for everything was ALOT (except for the 5 chicken nuggets). No one could eat all of their food, but even the picky eaters were happy with the quality. I would eat here again for sure.

Dropped by for their 2-for-1 Cheeseburger special, which was great and yummy. However.....1. They forgot my strawberry shake.2. Chili on my burgers was an outrageous $1.89 extra each.....when it should be perhaps 50 cents to 99 cents. Just a jumbo money grab.3. Can anyone explain this to me: on the menu the burgers are noted as 1/4 pounders (4 ounces), yet on the same menu in the company mission statement, they say their burgers are 6 ounces....50% larger.....THEN, on their coupons sent out in the mail, they said their burgers were 7 ounces. SO, which is the correct size? How tough is it to get this correct??

Thank goodness they still have my family favorites special combo deal for $13.99 2 Cheese burgers, 2 fries and 2 small drinks. Maria was so nice to suggest to me that I can substitute 1 fries to a zucchini just added extra $2.75. Just hope they bring back their fluffy pancakes special. Shout out to the chef and line cooks who prepared all our delicious cheese burgers, crispy fries and zucchini. Seasoned and fried perfectly. Irma, Yvonne and Maria always keep restaurant clean, santize and organized running these location smoothly. Thank you to all for making our dinning experience GREAT;) Highly Recommend and will be back when around area especially craving for there zucchini (:

$50 dollars wasted on a burger special, zucchinis, and hawaiian burger. Food was overflowing with grease, 90% of zucchinis did not have the batter attached to it. Order was supposed to be ready at 5:13pm and wasnt ready until 6pm. Girl up front kept saying "theyre working on it". I always order from here, never a problem but man they sucked today.

Food was good but they took it upon themselves to include a tip on a drive through order. Therefore, 1 star.

The only thing charmers get right is their zucchini and onion rings. THAT'S IT!!! All garbage. Every time I order there is something wrong or missing. We are paying more money for food that over seasoned or over cooked. Something got to change soon! I'm giving you 1

We really like the two burger two drinks two French fry special for $12 what a value ! The burgers are NOT SMALL ! Nice and juicy with veggies included... old school (including that price!) They kindly allowed upgrade to Onion rings, on one of ours orders , so yummy ! This is our new favorite burger stop on the I-10Forgeddabout In-n-Out !

For the third time, I order, this time online and in writing and they still get it wrong! The people at the counter are very nice but someone can't get it right! It's not that difficult. Do you want cheese on your burger? No thank you. Get home, cheese all over the burger, again. Or, no pickle or onion please, ok you got it. That's correct, I got it!! It's not that difficult. Or maybe it is??It's not close or I would go back.I'm wondering if I order a Cheeseburger that I'll finally get one without cheese. SMDH.

Was driving through the area just wanted something quick and healthy to eat. Stopped at charmers and was impressed with their Greek Gyro salad. It also comes in a chicken option.

I returned today to try their breakfast burrito. I got the egg breakfast burrito figuring how could that not be good? I got it home, it was huge, I was a little excited to dig in... It was so nasty!!! The flour tortilla was old and stale and probably a week old, it was so dry it was falling apart. The eggs tasted sort of like 'nothing' only worse-I don't think they put any seasonings on them and the hashbrowns were raw. I threw it in the trash and almost barfed. I basically threw away $9.
