When I was shopping @ the mall.I decided to stop by this joint to see what it was all about.I was mortified at how dysfunctional this place was.Dirty and not well maintained not to mention that nasty smell coming from here.Hard pass for me.This place made me never want to eat at a mall establishment ever again.I still have nightmares about that spoiled meat and dirty mop water smell...

I ordered online and the whole order is incorrect. I even payWe for extra ranch on the side and didn't receive that. And all the food is made wrong, or the only food that I got is and I'm missing half of the order. I also asked for cheese on the side and the fries are covered in cheese

DONT EAT HERE! My husband found a roach in his drink. How can u not be clean enough for a restaurant. I was recommended here but yet everytime I come here it's a problem. First time the manager was rude his customer service was horrible. Second time staff seemed so over worked and the managers just kept getting on them. Now I find a roach in my drink !! Do better Charley's!!!

Always fresh subs here! Thinking about eating one as I'm typing this so tasty. They are really priced greatly and they make your sandwich how you want in front of you. Be sure to try their special seasoning on your fries for an added kick!

Awful. From one Hispanic to another, hire someone who can speak English clearly. The one employee was not in a greeting kinda mood. She couldn't understand my simple order and obviously got it wrong.

First time being here, recommended by many people. Unfortunately it'll be the last time I come here. Ana at the register has no customer service skills, as I walked up I greeted her with a "Hi." All she did was stare, at me. I started telling her my order and the dumb ass kid hired as cook starts slamming his spatulas together. To the point that Ana couldn't hear my order. He knew what he was doing and he kept doing it until everyone looked at him. He laughed. Charley needs to hire professional people for all hours of your shifts, not little yellow bus riders that you have to communicate with crayons. FIRST time and LAST time here.How do you feel Charley?

The food is good but an employee named Michael was so rude. Was on his phone while I was ordering and messed up my order because of it. When our food was ready he yelled "hey" at my friends instead of waiting for them to get their food. A rude man.

We have always had mount vinegar for the sandwiches now when I go to Charlie's there's no vinegar and it's just not the same as a probably be my last visit

The food is good but the employees have an attitude issue. When ordering the cashier was on her cell phone and when I question why I was being charge for the combo an additional $10.58 instead of the price listed on the menu of $5 something another associate came up and told me I was lucky I was even getting a discount. The employee was rude and unprofessional I can't say all but the 2 employees need to be train better.
