Unfortunately every time I come here, they don't listen! How hard is it to give me extra grilled veggies. If the bell pepper is kinda hard, you know they didn't listen. I been complaining for too long and I will be taking my money to jersey mikes. How can you not have mustered for a Philly cheesesteak. People need to learn where the Philly cheesesteak comes from

The food was WAY over priced for the quality. When you pay almost 20 dollars for a meal and you cannot get ranch because you have to pay 50 cent's additionally is ABSURD. Disappointed in the food and customer service. This chain should really work on better pricing for customer.

This is a good spot for a quick lunch if you're near or in the mail. I've been going to Charley's for years now. I stay with either the steak Philly or chicken Philly. You can't go wrong with either of those options. Anddddd there blueberry lemonade. I'm a lemonade fanatic and there's is one of the best in the area.

Customer service is really on point. The manager is always really welcoming and has a constant smile on his face. Food is made to order and taste very freshYou pick the sandwich you want and after they make the meat you get to choose from different toppings and sauces.THEIR FRIES ARE BOOOOMBGet them plain and add the seasonings they provide (you won't regret it)Prices are on the higher side for the amount of food you get. But it is fresh and made to order in front of you so I guess it balances out

Went to get some food after work and the asian girl who works there is the worst! She has a super rude "i wish i wasn't here" attitude and when i ordered i asked if i couple apple pay and she just pointed at the card reader, when my food was ready she boxed it up and slid it to me with no bag or tray, after i asked if they had any bags left she sighs and gives me a dirty look, grabs the bad and throws it on top of the food and walks away. I get if youre having a bad day but shes like this all the time. Get a different job yall need to fire her!

Love the food from this chain as a whole in general- however, my last time at this one blew my mind. I am assuming it was some sort of lead based off the polo- but she was speaking openly to other employees about purposely misgendering another employee. I understand times are different, and it is hard to adjust, but to see someone who is obviously at a high position put another person down in front of others who work there didnt look right. Food was good- but the vibes were not it.

I ordered a large cheesesteak, a regular cheesesteak, and an order of fries... when I received the order, the bag had a large cheesesteak, a regular CHICKEN cheesesteak, and NO FRIES... When I called them, they said they could remake the order but that I WOULD HAVE TO PICK IT UP or contact Ubereats for a refund...Why the heck would I pick up something when I asked for delivery? smh..
