Charley's Burgers

Tried this place for the first time and it was so delicious! The food was seasoned so well and FRESH! My 5 yr old daughter is the pickiest eater and she tore up their chicken nuggets without hesitation. Our cheeseburgers were cooked to perfection! My husband got a double and I got the single but I wish I would have double up'ed because I was sad when it was over!!! You can tell quality is top priority with every meal. The service was outstanding and very friendly/welcoming. We will definitely be putting this place in our rotation when we eat out.

We searched Yelp for a nearby restaurant and discovered Charley's Burgers in old town Fontana, CA. The small parking lot and dining area were clean, with counter seating overlooking the street. It's a one-woman operation; she manages the register and cooks. My daughter found her burger satisfactory, but the fries were soggy. I ordered the Philly cheese steak ($15.49), which had ample beef, but an unpleasant taste after a few bites made me leave half uneaten.

I could have came on a bad experience. My food order was simple but, not loving. I'd like to receive a love plate of melted cheese, meat and fries; Real love! Didn't get it

Two words- ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!Hands down thee best burger joint in Fontana!It is a small establishment with no drive thru but trust me you will want to get that booty off the car for this!Poor man working alone today from what my boyfriend noticed. Even though he was working solo he provided excellent service. We ordered two combos and tried the double bacon cheeseburger, mine with no lettuce, extra dressing and onion cause why not lol. Also tried the chocolate and Oreo shake which were fantastic. I wanted to try the animal style fries and they give in n out a run for their money! They use the steak fries which I will take over any other fries any day. Oooff and their ranch. Shheeessshh! Good ranch sets the tone for me lol overall everything was excellent and my tummy very satisfied. Highly suggest trying this place out if you're in the area

Nothing like it used to be. Burger was bland. Got a shake. No whip cream no cherry. Nothing like the picture advertised. I wish the Asians still owned it. It USED to be a Fontana classic. Not anymore. I stood there waiting as they put my drink down and walked away. Crazy service.

Got myself a double burger and chili cheese fries, and it was amazing!! The husband got the pineapple burger, and he devoured it. You definitely need to try this place. Everything on point, especially customer service.

Stopped by area for a quick bite to eat and was not disappointed. Got the double bacon cheeseburger combo. Can I either small drink and fries, burger has lettuce, tomato, red onions and mayo. The burger is made to order and I saw cook smashing down the patties on the girl and for that ice charr on the outside.Burger was great and patties were a good size too, very tasty.I would skip the bacon as it was on the smaller size next timer. And I would definitely ask for extra onions as they put a couple of slivers. But that's a personal preference thoughtBun was nice and soft and perfect for eating on the spot. If you do take the burger to go I imagine If drive is more then 10-15 mins away it might get super soft The fries were also fired to order your basic fries but they were cooked correctly not over and not under cookCrunchy in the outside and fluffy on the inside.Was a two man crew and it was really slow so my food came out quick. If it's busy I'd expect to wait a little as they make everything to order.My only gripes are no free refills, so even though the burger was good I do drink a lot of soda when I'm dining, usually about 2-3 large cups. So this might prevent me from making this spot a usual. And lest gripe is personal at best and only my opinion but I'm a ketchup sniob, and this spot has like a watery and not to thick brand. But I do say it was the last part of the bottle, so that might have been the issue.Overall it was a really good meal and definitely hit the spot and did the job.

Gross. I placed an order for pickup over the phone.What I ordered: Cheeseburger Combo that comes with fries and a drink.What I received: A mushy, soft cheeseburger wrapped in foil. The lettuce was wilted and warm, there were 2 slices of bacon that I did not order (I don't eat pork), so trying to take the bacon off also caused most of the cheese to come off with it. The actual burger patty was thick, juicy and seasoned. That alone deserves a star.The fries were okay. They were lightly seasoned and a little crispy.The drink I ordered was lemonade but I received a very watered down lemonade with too much ice. Very obviously in need of a machine syrup replacement.Overall: I would never return to order takeout. Maybe when ordering and eating inside, the food tastes fresher and is not wrapped in foil, making everything soggy and mushy.2 stars given: 1 for the burger patty and 1 for the somewhat tasty fries.

They have amazing smash burgers! Super authentic and delicious taste. The service here is awesome every one is nice ! The place itself is clean & cute .

I have been going to Charley's Burgers for years to get a juicy double cheeseburger. They used to be delicious. It appears the ownership has changed. I went there 1/15/2025 and there was one guy working the register & cooking. My order for two double cheese burgers w/ pastrami was to go. When I got home and took one bite it was disgusting, the meat was literally paper thin and burnt! There were red nasty onions & wilted lettuce and old tomatoes. I cant even describe the slithers of what was suppose to be pastrami. GROSS!!! We threw both burgers away. Such a waste of $23. I will NOT be back! I even tipped the guy ugh
