Chaffey College Chino Community Center

My wife and I were looking into this place for our wedding, and it was extremely hard to contact them. We tried emailing and calling, and were not able to get in touch with anyone. They did respond to my email with prices about 4 months later. I am unsure how to get in touch with them any faster.

Very happy with how our event turned out. Couldn't have done it without Rita and her team. She was there every step of the way and always quick to answer my questions. It was a real pleasure to work with her. The venue offers all the space you need and sufficient parking space for all guests. I loved having and outdoor patio for fresh air after dancing. The best part about this venue is that you can dress it up or down as much as you want to work within your budget. Not all venues allow you to do that. With the CCC taking care of setting up tables, chairs, linens, bartender and security guard, I didn't have to worry too much about anything else other than flowers, dj, photography and food. Rita had great recommendations for vendors that really made the experience all the better and easier to plan. Our daughters quinceañera was a success and I owe many thanks to Rita for being such a pleasure to work with. Thanks to all the other vendors we used Tio Alex Catering Martin V Photography DJ Angelo Events with Danny Munoz as EmceeEureka Photobooth and @theflowergirls Everything worked out perfectly with all the vendors thanks to the venue. I look forward to hosting future events at this location.

We recently hosted a debut party for our daughter who turned 18 years old this month. This is a significant age for our culture so picking the right venue was very important to us. By chance our daughter googled venues near us and Chaffey College Chino Community Center came up. We made an appointment and toured the facility. What an amazing place! So elegant looking; definitely the vibe we were looking for. It was a quick decision on our side so we selected this venue for our party. So glad we did. Working with Li and Rita made this experience wonderful. May I mention so patient too! I must have changed the floor plan at least five times. Our experience with this team was even better. They were the calming voice I needed as I ran around frantically. Li was checking on frequently and executing whatever I needed especially when the tables didn't turn out exactly as I planned. If you go with this place, take the package. I opted for draping in the lobby, charger plates, table cloths, napkins, uplights, gobo, and the chiavari chairs. It's worth it, one less vendor to manage! Highly recommend Chaffey College Chino Community Center. The venue and their staff are amazing!

I had my wedding here last Saturday and was the best decision I made. Rita was amazing extremely helpful and made sure our day was super special. Even helping with a surprise on our wedding day. She is now family the sweetest most helpful wedding coordinator ever. Loved our experience would give her 10 stars if I could. Thank you Rita for everything you did.

I've recently attended a Quicinera here and this is my review just as a guest. There are lots of parking available and no parking permit is required from what I have seen. Once you enter, there is a main lobby area with some seating and the rest rooms off to the side. This general area was large enough to accommodate a photobooth and a makeshift open bar, as well as have some displays for the birthday girl out at the entryway to the main event hall. The main event hall was massive with high ceilings and was able to accommodate many guest tables, a DJ, the long central table for the birthday girl, a dessert bar, and a dance floor. The acoustics for this area was great and didn't mute out or reverberate any body speaking or the music too much. All in all, a very pleasant place to attend an event at!

I had my daughter's high school graduation party at this facility yesterday. I could not wait to share how amazing Rita and her event management team are. From affordability, to the organized planning stages, to the warm and supportive staff, you will fall in love with this venue. Whether you're planning a party, a meeting, or your wedding, I recommend the Chaffey College Chino Community Room. Rita, we love you!

Beautiful place I own a Photo Booth business and did an event there Friday and it was awesome.

This is my honest review of the place where I held my most special day 2/15/2020. The start:Things were great when we went on the walkthrough Rita showed us around she had a calm happy demeanor and we signed the contract. They let us use their arch for our outdoor ceremony at no cost, the drapery & chandelier were put up beautifully and the tables were the perfect size for my guest. In the process / middle of planning: Come the second, & third time we meet and we are at the point where we are making changes to our package (making it cheaper for us) due to the fact that my husband and I are in the entertainment industry (he's a dj, I own a photobooth and gobo) we basically wipe out the list of fees by half. Using our own vendors from the florist, cake, dinner caterer, chairs, dj, & our own decor we made it work for us. At this point her excitement / enthusiasm in dealing with our wedding drops. Fast forward: We pay our dues and have our wedding.We paid a little over 6k it included venue, drapery, chandelier and dance floor, picket chairs, bar: beer & soft drinks for 170 guests, and circle tables. After: 1 week after the wedding she says we are not getting 1,000 out of our deposit because we were 1,000 short. I'm sorry but no, we wouldn't have been allowed to have the event if we were short that's across the board with all venues. Nothing we could do since all of our invoices were messed up. Maybe their accounting department needs help I'm not sure where the ball was dropped here. This also happened: A month later I get a call about my lost wallet had been found in the bridal suite. I thought they cleaned it before every event but I guess not or else they would have found it. Or maybe they do clean it but they were too busy to call me right away. It didn't matter any more because I had replaced my license and bank cards anyway. Side note: Be careful with your belongings. As their kitchen staff were leaving for the night I saw them leave with a bag containing the light foam sticks we had purchased for our guests, they never asked me if they could have them I would have maybe said ok, but they were for my guests. Tips: My point is be very careful if you pay them to have an event there. Keep all paperwork label the invoices/receipts with the date of each visit and take notes on everything. You don't want to go through the headache we went through looking for invoices / receipts like crazy, I don't like clutter so a week after our initial email saying we would be receiving our full deposit back I shredded the paperwork. I should have waited. Get your own vendors if possible I have a funny feeling about how it all works here, when they get you to use one of their vendors. We took a trip to a florist in chino for a quote and as soon as she heard the name Rita she raised her prices on us. Ending it with: Our guest and I loved the fact that it had the courtyard for guest who wanted to step outside to have a breather or chat. It's beautiful and it was a good place for pictures. Thankful to their staff who set up the drapery, tables, & outside picket chairs for being prepared and doing their part to have things done in a timely manner. My husband and I chose to make it what we envisioned and I am very proud of all our efforts as well as the efforts of our vendors who worked well with us.

My husband and I hosted our wedding on August 26th at CCC Community Center and we could have not chosen a better venue! Throughout the whole planning process, Rita was very patient with us as we were deciding all of the details. I truly felt like my questions and concerns were being heard. My husband and I opted for a package and truly made the process seamless. The staff was amazing and the attention to detail was great! I highly recommend to select this venue as the place to host your upcoming celebration.
