Such a refreshing drink! I got the passion green tea which was only $1 (they have $1 specials on Mondays!) and it was the perfect sweetness. Their menu is quite extensive and they mark down which drinks contain dairy and which contains caffeine, which is helpful. The milk teas are made with non-dairy creamer FYI

I stopped by here with my nieces because we were craving Boba. I was pleasantly surprised that the inside smelled and like a boba/tea house! They had a pretty extensive menu, but the prices were really reasonable. The feedback I got from my nieces on the milk tea and the mango green tea were pretty good. They ran them 4 out of 5! I got the sea foam Jasmine green tea for myself. I got it with half sugar, and was pleasantly surprised that it was not sweet. Most spots make their drinks overly sweet.Service was great. The spot was real cute and simple. if I had any feedback, the location is a little challenging. When you exit, getting back on the 10 is a little tough.Overall, great experience, great prices, and great drinks! Would highly recommend folks to go again!

My 7 year old wanted to try boba for the first time. Local spot didn't disappoint and the gentleman helping us was not only speedy but offered recommendations based on flavors my son likes! This round was a strawberry milk tea with strawberry boba. Under $5 for a good size cuppa! We will be back.

We visited this spot as my family and I were on a bubble tea hunt to satisfy a craving while on vacation in Palm Springs. We thought this spot would be better than the Share Tea chain, which was our other nearby option. We arrived and had ease in finding parking, thanks to their big lot with free spots. We noticed that they had a giant "grand opening" sign which led us to believe this spot opened up within the last couple months. The place is small, but cozy. Service was very friendly and they answered questions accordingly as well as being helpful with the menu. We ended up ordering three beverages: 1. 32 FL oz milk tea with tapioca, zero sugar 2. 32 FL oz milk tea with tapioca, 25% sugar 3. 32 FL oz mango green tea with lychee jelly, 25% sugar There's were literally massive!This place definitely did not seem Asian-owned and the flavor profiles reflected that. We were happy that our beverages weren't overly sweet but they lacked the authentic bubble tea flavor - tasted like tea with milk/creamer and even the mango green tea lacked flavor. The best part was the lychee jelly.Unfortunately, not a spot I would recommend in terms of food products. But overall, a clean and friendly shop. It was also very inexpensive at $17.xx for all three drinks.

Walked in here for the first time to get a few drinks and drinks were great did disappoint. Facilty is very clean and smells clean inside the young lady that helped us that Saturday was very kind and patient and helped us by recommending us a few drinks since it was our first time. I would definitely recommend this place.

I've been going to their Redlands' location since I started university and absolutely adore this bubble tea shop. Now, I'm even more excited that they've opened a second location closer to where I live. This location is a bit smaller than their first store but it does feel more cozy. Their drinks are not only delicious but also reasonably priced. The customer service is exceptional, and they offer a stamp card system where you receive a free drink after purchasing ten drinks in total. Additionally, on Mondays, they have a special offer of $1 for their medium-sized drinks. I could go on and on about how much I love this place. My personal favorites are any of their drinks with sea salt cream and their Valentine's special, the sweet tart. If you're in the mood for a great drink, be sure to visit this bubble tea shop.

Loved it so much! I've been living in the area for 3 years and as far as i'm aware, this is the second boba store opened around my neighborhood! Not a huge fan of the first boba place that opened.. but Chaca's is AMAZING!! I got their strawberry fields drink, which had matcha and strawberry milk tea in it; i also added popping boba. It was delicious!! I definitely recommend here, they have a variety of drinks too if you aren't a fan of boba, such as teas, smoothies, even coffee! They have such a variety of flavors too!! I hope their Strawberry Fields drink stays because it is delicious!The service was extremely quick and they were so polite! I will say, the outside of the building does look old and worn down since that's just how the area itself looks, but inside is extremely clean and comfortable!! Definitely need to come here again and get this

First time here and the staff sweet and helpful . Maggi helped me today and she recommended a drink based off of what I told her I liked . She nailed and and she had a amazing customer service . Will make this my regular boba shop .
