The food is incredible. The drinks are amazing. The vibe is on point. Service is fast and attentive without being too present. Super cute place. Parking can be challenging since it is in DTR. Definitely worth it. Will absolutely be back!

Cedar Agave is located in Redlands and is hidden . You'll find a staircase to the side of the oyster bar that will take you upstairs . Seating is intimate so I recommend this spot for a date night , not a group setting. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. Service was friendly. The plating is served family style so it was fun to order a few different things to share. The Once Upon A Time In Mexico was an amazing cocktail and I really enjoyed the chicken skewers as well as all of the dips with the Lebanese bread !The one thing here I was not a fan of would be the really short tables with 4 short stools around them ... my back hurts just looking at it lol! I think it would be best to scrap those for regular tables and chairs , adults don't want to be slouched over sitting at a kids size table .

I hesitated in writing a review because I didn't want this place to explode in popularity, but it's too good of a secret to keep. We were looking for a new place to eat after a rough day at work, and thought we'd check this new one out (it had just opened a few weeks ago and had nine reviews at the time). Our GPS led us to right outside the Oyster Bar and Don Orange, but there were no signs on the outside indicating we were in the right place. We called for directions and were instructed to go through the Oyster Bar, up the stairs, and down a long, dark corridor. It felt very exclusive, kinda like Platform 9¾ or Diagon Alley. The restaurant itself is small and intimate, and very dark. The staff was friendly and attentive, and took the time to describe the menu and give (excellent) recommendations.The food itself was incredible. They're small plates priced similarly to what you'd pay for a full-sized entrée elsewhere - which we were fine with, cuz it meant we got to try more things. We ordered five dishes between the two of us, which was plenty. Every dish was great - the papi ghanoush, fried cheese with sesame, lamb chops, and baclava cheesecake were all unique flavors and very yummy. I don't even like cauliflower, and the cauliflower dish was surprisingly delicious. Of the things we tried, the unassuming potatoes were our favorite! The outside was thinly crispy, the inside collapsed like a fluffy cloud, and it was seasoned perfectly. Probably the best potatoes I've ever had. We need to come back and try the rest of the menu, but it's hard to imagine it being better than the stuff we got. Highly recommend this place - go before it gets discovered and inevitably becomes overcrowded!

First of all this place is so eclectic with tons of great energy as soon as you walk in. Food is amazing we ordered the whole menu because everything was so delicious. Drinks were to die for filled with great mixes and delicious tastes. Sarah was amazing along with the rest of the staff, you come in and you feel at home: if you come please try the whole menu!!! It's soo delicious

If you are looking for an intimate setting this is it. The place is aesthetically pleasing. Our waiter was great! Im assuming they are known for their cocktails because I noticed thats what was mostly being ordered. I however, don't drink. I did have a mock-tail and it was amazing! Im a foodie though and the food was just ok for me.

Came here to celebrate a birthday and it's a great local upscale restaurant to get food and drinks. They had a variety of drink selections and both are tasty. The food servings were not big and a bit pricey but they're great to share. The meat skewers, tried chicken and beef, were amazing and had amazing texture. Dessert was rich and delicious. Everyone was friendly with great service.

Went here for a date night with my husband. Seating is very lush and comfortable. It has the dark ambience of a speakeasy, but a very upscale one. The food is Lebanese, Mexican fusion, and all of it was excellent. The dishes are served tapas style. Our server recommended 8 to 9 dishes for a couple that was hungry, or 12 to 14 dishes if starving. We ended up getting eight dishes and dessert, and we left full. The cauliflower, the falafel pitas, the Fattoush salad, and the baklava cheesecake were phenomenal! The halibut was also very good. We thought the Filet mignon skewers were very tender, but the flavor didn't stand out. It is important to note that the dishes range $12 (non-mains)-$30 (mains) each. The service was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. My husband's cocktail was the Zatar martini, and it was excellent. I got the Mezcal cocktail, it was pretty good, but a bit sweet for my taste. We will definitely be going back.

This is one of the nicest spots I've been to in Redlands. It feels exclusive, and the service is amazing from the moment you walk in. The food is super delicious! I really love the mix of Mexican and Lebanese flavors--it's a unique fusion that works so well. The drinks are incredible too, especially the Golden Aztec. The vibe is just perfect for a night out. I can't say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend it if you're looking to enjoy a romantic evening with someone special. Definitely worth checking out!

Had the best service and great food! Deserves more than 5 stars in my opinion! Will be visiting more often.

We had emailed you about the incident and received no response. We also showed the manager on duty the issue. She watched us scan the QR code and get sent to the incorrect site and did nothing to shut down the fraudulent system. But thanks for the piece of pie to eat while sitting on the phone with the bank while cancelling the credit card.
