Every time I pass by here, I always see a good amount of people. I finally had a chance to try it. For the base, I ordered Saffron Basmati Rice. It was unfortunate that they ran out of the Spicy Lamb Meatballs, so I opted for Braised Lamb and Harissa Honey Chicken instead, along with Fire-Roasted Corn, Pickled Onions, and Crumbled Feta. For the dips, I chose Tzatziki and Traditional Hummus. Lastly, I finished my order with Garlic Dressing and Balsamic Date Vinaigrette.After mixing everything well, each component complemented the others nicely. The braised lamb was tender and easily shredable with a fork. Its flavor was rich but not overpowering. The chicken was also tender, with a nice spicy kick and a light sweetness from the honey. The chicken was cubed into a perfect bite size as well. I really liked the contrast of flavors from the pickled onions; they kept me eating non-stop. Everything was truly enjoyable. However, I think the portion could be slightly larger given the price. The garlic dressing was a bit light for me I expected a bolder flavor, since the other components were quite rich.All in all, I would definitely come back to try other proteins. It's an affordable, healthy choice of food what's not to like

Eh this CAVA location needs lots of improvement and maybe a different manager. It was my first time at this location. I didn't understand where to ask for pick up. Pick up shelves were empty. There a guy in a suit standing by the pick up shelves, I remember thinking oh they have security for pick Up orders? Ok. My pick up time said 3:45. I asked the cashier lady in a hat and she said they are working on your order now. A large group walks in and orders food and they are served first. I shouted where is my order. The cashier looks on the screen and said they haven't made it yet. I'm completely flabbergasted. She lied to me??? Why are they making the food for the people walking in. I ordered my food at 3:25pm!! The guy in the suit was a customer not sure why he was standing infront of the shelves...They offered me a free drink for waiting and unfortunately there was NO ice in their machine. There was food allover the counter. For $13 a bowl. It's not worth your time or money. I won't be back.Then when I got home, they didn't include the Persian cucumbers or pita crisps. My falafel was burnt. Unacceptable service!

So the food is great. Just like any other CABA places. Service is fine, Fast and efficiently done. 2 stars are for the place. Lighting and all bright glass windows are great. Floor and the tables are very filthy. Most of them so sticky that even when you want to wipe down with Clorox bleach or any sanitizer tissue, they got stuck on the table. By the end of our meals, our bowls stuck on the table. Really bad. So sad to see this franchise cleanliness goes down the drain.

The food has always been consistently good and staff is kind and quick to make it. Special shout out goes to Lyric who was especially gracious in her service to me and my girlfriend when I asked her half a dozen questions and had wonderful patience to answer them all with the kindest smile and pleasant service. She could've just pushed me through with quick answers and little consideration for my concerns, but she didn't, and I appreciate that. Only issue I've had is the tables and seats have always been dirty and sticky, or just sticky. Not a big deal since this isn't 5 star dining but no other Cava had this problem, so I hope it's addressed better.

The service was oddly mixed between good and very poor. One of the workers seem stressed to the point they are irritated with customers. Seeing how packed it was, I kinda don't blame her. The bowl I got was okay but maybe next time I'll do more research in what flavors pair better together.

Just went to Cava and it was the best experience. Theres usually a long line, but when I came in it was pretty empty but still busy with all the online orders that they had. I was still greeted by Matt when I entered and Briell attended to me fairly quickly once she completed the order she was working on. It was the fastest, most efficient visit to cava and when I ate my food at home it was fresh and good as always! Thank you Matt and Briell for the great service.

Stopped by after work to grab my usual bowl. I ordered on the app and was pretty disappointed when I got home. Everything was okay except for the chicken. It's usually cut up into small pieces but this time the pieces were very big. The texture was very off and mushy almost like I was biting into raw chicken. It kind of grossed me out. They also forgot my side of garlic sauce.

These people are so welcoming and the food is bomb. It looks taken care of inside, very clean.
