I just don't have good luck here, I've been to 3 of there locations and thus one, by far is the worst.Maybe I'm going in at the wrong time? Both visits? Went in today, the place was a mess! Low stock of lids, straws, trash bins (everyone) full to the max. Tables all dirty. Ok so they are busy, maybe always? At least when I've gone, I waited 15 minutes in line only to be told they were out of, steak, falafel, chicken and dine thing else... so I asked for what they had would they have to charge more since they were out , yup... had to pay extra. I just would think this is a busier establishment maybe they need to up their meat/chicken items. None of the employees seemed to be enjoying their job, perhaps understaffed? At time of paying, Abby, was extremely rude, her attitude and eye rolls. I asked about my rewards and she was extremely rude in response, so I asked to speak to the manager and apparently she couldn't speak to me.. Abby returned and Landon came to help which he was capable of doing so and was much more friendlier. Maybe Abby was having a bad day, or something but she clearly needs some brushing up on her customer service skills and not be the one taking peoples money. I paid quite a bit and was even over charged to be dealing with her attitude. The food is good, and what I ended up having because it's pretty much all they had was the spicy chicken. For me it was a bit spicy but over all it's good. I don't think I'll be going back to this location, I hope they get there act together because it's the closest one from where I am - 30mins away. I'm awaiting a call back from corporate, not to be a "Karen" but because as a paying patron I don't feel an attitude was appropriate nor was being charged xtra. 3 stars because of the food & Landon

Wow! Food was Customer service was even better! It was my first time coming (after many coworkers have recommended it) Lorianna helped me decipher between all the options and it was soooo helpful as I created my own bowl and there are many options to choose from. She was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Overall, Loved my food! Loved the service! Will certainly back !

Cava is so delicious. Think Chipotle but with Mediterranean food. I built my own bowl and it was so good. The lentils were delicious and the harissa chicken was so flavorful with a little bit of a kick. I love that you get as many toppings as you want and it comes with pita bread. I'm gluten free and most do their options are gf! They have a large variety of drinks and a fountain machine filled with craft sodas. I will definitely be coming back here!

The food is really good! Tonight it was really busy! I ordered through the app which is great, really good descriptions of the items. They forgot my pita strips and my fiery broccoli though. It was still delicious though. It is neat and clean.

With all these build-to-order style restaurants it's somewhat difficult for me to get excited, but the opportunity to try the new Cava location in Moreno Valley somewhat convinced me this model can work. The line was moderately long when a friend and I walked in. Previously, she had enjoyed the Greek Salad, and I was going in willing to try whatever. Because the line was long enough I changed my mind a few times, but ultimately settled on the Harisa steak bowl, especially after seeing an employee chop up a freshly grilled steak and seeing it was an honest medium temperature. My turn came and I had the person helping me add black lentils and saffron rice to the bowl. Otherwise, I went with the "stock" recipe and it proved ample in quantity and quality. Overall, I'd return for sure. I'd like to try the falafel wrap, and the chicken Shawerma as well. Prices are reasonable, too.

From the time I indulged my taste buds into those pita chips.....I knew I had made the right decision. I got full off those chips, so I had to wait a while before eating my Garlic Chicken wrap. Those chips are some of the most delicious soft/crispy chips I've ever tried. When I finally tries my wrap, it was made to perfection and I loved every bite of it. I also tried the Pineapple Apple Mint drink. It was "ok", supposed to have Apple Cider in it, but I just mostly tasted the pineapple and mint. Glad I tasted what the hype is about.

My daughter and I are obsessed with Cava! Such variety and fresh, healthy options. Employees are friendly and helpful in suggesting items. We haven't tried a wrap yet, but love the bowls. The falafel and chicken are very tasty protein choices. It is a busy place but the line goes fast. They might need more people working to help keep up with the trash and clean up around the drink station. All in all a tasty dining experience. You will not be disappointed with Cava.
