Carpet In

My parents had their house carpeted recently. It started out rough from the beginning. The carpet they wanted wasn't what they thought it was going to be. There were some problems. And the first installers weren't very good. My mom was not happy. David came out to see the work and admitted some of the work was not great. He agreed to redo the carpet. The second time the carpet installation was being done my Mom stopped them in the middle of the job and said she did not like this carpet either. So David ordered a different carpet. This being the third time. I know carpet In lost money on this job. But David was a stand up guy and did what he could to make my parents happy. My mom is very picky when it comes to her house. She is not easy to please. But thankfully after the third time my parents are completely happy with the carpet job. My mom said everything is perfect and she could not find one issue with it. The only other charge to my parents was the difference in price of the carpet because the third carpet was a more expensive carpet than the first 2 they picked out. I appreciate Carpet In for doing what they had to do to make my Mom happy. Thank you again David.

Carpet In is amazing! great customer service and amazing quality! they quoted me 1-3 days and were done in ONE DAY! The workers are super nice and respectful of our home by laying down tarps down our hallways to get to bedrooms and they cleaned up after themselves. So happy with the outcome!

TERRIBLE Installation. Buyer Beware.We used them 2.5 years ago to install new carpets when we moved. Initially it was fine, but after a year I noticed the carpet starting to bubble in a few places. It's just my husband and I and the carpet is in a low traffic area. I should have contacted them immediately but kept procrastinating. We just had our carpets cleaned for the first time and it's basically destroyed. There are bubbles throughout the ENTIRE carpeted area (4 rooms). Our trusted carpet cleaner said he's only ever seen this happen through a poor installation job. I googled the issue to confirm if this was true, and there are many sources online stating carpets will bubble after being cleaned when there were not installed correctly in the first place.I contacted the company knowing there was a slim chance they'd cover the repairs but had to ask anyways. They explained it's only a one year warranty and then tried to blame our carpet cleaner and then said it's NORMAL for carpet to bubble like that after cleaning. No, Carpet In, it's definitely NOT normal for carpet to completely overstretch and bubble like this from a simple cleaning, especially when it's still fairly new! I've lived in many different places, and have never had this issue before. Unfortunate that they don't stand by their work and use any excuse to blame a third party.**What should have tipped me off from the very beginning was the men who came to install the carpet told me that they are normally full time landscapers/gardeners and tried to sell me on their gardening service as they were leaving. Obviously not trained in proper carpet installation.**If you're looking for new carpet, don't be lured by their low prices. You get what you pay for.

We recently moved to Norco and our realtor recommended this company. The order process was great from start to finish! Installers showed up on time and managed to get 3 rooms done in about 4 hours and it looks great! Highly recommend!

They did excellent work on our house. The floors looks amazing. Great service and great people. Definitely would recommend Carpet In and meet with David!

Do not bother going anywhere else but Carpet In for your carpet needs! I had sold my home quickly and had an escrow close date quickly approaching and needed carpet redone in my new home FAST. David was extremely helpful in the process of picking and choosing which carpet would fit our needs and ensuring we could get the carpet in time before our move-in date; he made it happen in DAYS. Me and my husband had gone to the usual places (Home Depot and Lowe's) only to find out that all those nice floor displays of various kinds of carpet require a 3-4 week order/wait time to obtain and that's before installation gets scheduled and don't even get me started on the crazy pricing. The prices at Carpet In are unbeatable. They were also able to offer baseboards and carpet padding in no time. I will be recommending Carpet In to anyone in need!

I used Carpet In to do carpet in my whole house. David was extremely helpful and very patient with me during the whole experience (I was very picky) The installers that came out were on time, extremely helpful and polite. They cleaned up any mess that they made and helped me move some items that they didn't have to help me move. The carpet is perfect! It's a beautiful color, great quality and super soft. Carpet In beat everyone's prices around (I called a lot of places) I highly recommend this company for any flooring needs.

So glad I found Carpet In! David is a great guy! Family business and they are tops when it comes to customer service. I come from a family business and it was easy to see how he pays attention to the customers requests and how easy it was to work with him. We had changed what we wanted to do a couple times and each time David said no problem and worked with us.Now for the work. They put down tile in 2 rooms downstairs and carpet in the rest of the house. The carpet guys and tile guys were awesome. I stopped by many times and any questions or concerns were handled right then. They did a GREAT JOB!I would highly recommend Carpet In to anyone looking to have tile/carpet work done. These guys are GOOD!!!Another easy 5 star rating!!

I've used them in the past for my previous property. Customer service and installation has always been great. I recently purchased a new home and David was able to match the exact flooring that I had installed through the builder. The price and installation was great. Installers were on time and they worked quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them.
