Big thank you to Lisa for helping my wife and I find the perfect carpet for our home. She kept in touch with us as we worked on other renovations in our home, yet was patient and really listened to our needs. She worked with our budget, and found us a great value that we are very happy with. I can't recommend Carpet Emporium enough.

Henry is great. We told him what our price point was and he steered us in the right direction in picking something decent and within our budget. He didn't beat around the bush. He was friendly. The next day we had our measurements taken it was a matter of 15 min to get done and the following week the carpet was being installed. The installers were also nice and quick to do the installation. My wife and I were referred to Carpet Emporium. We went in and met with Lisa. She is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. We liked the prices and how fast we were able to get installation. We were told exactly what needed to be done to be ready for the crew. We we given a 5-6 day window of completion to do a 1700sq ft house. A two man crew arrived early and immediately and got started. The crew were polite, professional and very careful with our large furniture. To my surprise, they finished removing existing floors and baseboards and installing new floor and baseboards in 4 days. I would highly recommend this company

Hit up a couple places and Henry was not only responsive he also moved quickly to find the product I wanted with the pad I wanted. He provided a quote and I put down a deposit and all was set. While I was waiting I received another lower quote from a reputable business and let Henry know. He worked to get the price adjusted and he really didn't have to. Thanks for my very soft and durable carpet! You were on time, competitive and friendly!

I highly recommend Carpet Emporium and Flooring!My wife and I have been looking for a new floor because our puppy and toddler damaged our carpet downstairs. We met Lisa, during our first visit to the store, and she was really helpful and describing the best options for us.We ended up settling with the vinyl floor as it was more within our budget, and within a day or two a person took measurements of the first floor of our house in addition to the second floor of the house, even though we were only going to do the first floor for this transaction.Installation went great, but there was a lot of dust because we decided to demolish not only the carpet but the tiles on the first floor. The installers did a good job of doing so and installing the vinyl floors with the base boards. It took them a total of two days to demolish and install. And on the third day it was more of touching up and cleaning up.We're definitely going to contact them again once we decide, and can afford to, work on the second floor.See my before, during and after pictures!

Picture included of his request to have the review removed for compensation in response to his claim anyone can come see the texts showing differently. I have the same conversation so anyone who would like to see can also verify with me and is also included here in images along with his threat to sue me if I didnt accept his offer. Please notice he said he would have the conversation "printed out" for people to see which can be altered but I have the actual text from my phone that I am willing to show anyone who would like to verify what really happened. Plain and simple, the owner is an excellent sales man who outright lies to get the contract then sends out shoddy installers who full on said straight to my face that they are constantly pushed by the owner to hurry which doesn't allow them proper time to do a correct install. That along with having no work ethic, the laminate that we paid 5 thousand dollars for is already breaking off at the seams after only 2 years because they did not put down enough leveler. (We purchased one of the best laminates available. This issue is not in the quality of the laminate. ) We told the owner up front (Vic) that this house would need a lot of leveling, we were willing to pay whatever it took. He told us no problem without even coming out to look. Assured us over and over that his team would do what was needed. He never came to look until it became a problem then it was too late unless we wanted to tear apart our house again. He was only willing to send out the same installers who were so disrespectful to our home and belongings, even causing damage to a brand new dresser so we were not going to let them back in. The installers did not even check leveling either like a normal laminate install would do. I had to point it out and then they complained, did only one small area, told the owner they did a lot more then they actually did. I could go on and on about the dishonesty of the owner and his install team but there isn't enough time or room. We had carpet in for 22 years without one problem. The pictures speak for themselves here. When the owner replies to this review it will be filled with excuses and bs so keep that in mind. He also said he would only give a partial refund if I removed my bad review which is against Yelp TOS but after a less then 5% discount it is not worth it to keep this man's secrets. The only reason he has a high rating is because he pays people off. Check his other reviews. Do yourself a huge favor, go anywhere else but to this man who brags about having 3 locations to screw people over with.

Thanks to Vic and his team our master bathroom has transformed into such a beautiful tiled floor. We wanted to replace the baseboard in the separated toilet area. Vic was detailed enough to help us find the baseboard with similar height (as the outside baseboards) even though we told him that he didn't have to if it took him longer to find as we really wanted it quickly. I was not home during the 2-day installation and only my parents were there (my parents don't speak English). The installers were so patient in trying to explain to my mom and dad not to walk inside or make the floor wet before they went home on the first day of installation. On the last day they carefully showed my mom everything in the bathroom and that the bathroom traffic could be resumed as normal. It's all the details that add up! Moreover, Vic is super responsive, engaged and very helpful. Definitely recommended! Thank you again!

Vic is very professional and knowledgeable about the job. He also offers very competitive prices in the market! We had such a good experience with him and his team. We removed all the carpet and installed vinyl planks over a year ago. Recently there's a nail broke through the floor, I contacted Vic and he scheduled an appointment for us within the week. The floor is as good as new now. I would recommend Vic to anyone!

Kudos to Carpet Emporium for a great buying and installation experience. We were looking to put new vinyl flooring downstairs, about 1000 sqft to cover all rooms, and compared multiple companies. In the end, Carpet Emporium was the most competitive and working Lisa made the whole process easy. New flooring and 5" baseboards throughout. Great quality products, great installers and great finished results. I would highly recommend Carpet Emporium for all your flooring needs. Ask for Lisa!
