Carnitas Zaragoza

Malisimo. Pesimo , Pesimo Servicio. Por meses queria ir a este lugar y el dìa que fui , habian muchas meseras en el lugar y ninguna me pregunto que queria. Al contrario una de ellas me levanto los brazos en señal de que estaba haciendo alli. Le dije que era Primera mi primera vez alli. Y dijo muy sarcastimente que se ordenaba la comida y me señalo donde. Me hicieron sentir como un extraño y sin exajerar depreciado. Es triste como este tioo de lugares estan en servicio. Por lo tanto No recomiendo este lugar en lo absoluto.

I'm a huge fan of carnitas & found this spot on yelp. The service was okay, there's a window to order & another to pay. They weren't super welcoming but they were at least nice. I got a pound & asked for lemons & salsa on the side. The charged me .75 for a small salsa & $1 for lemons. I feel like these should be complimentary. Other than that, the food was good. Carnitas tasted fresh! I paid $14 for a pound & another $2 for extras.

Took a chance, and so glad I did. They were open, I ordered my favorite chicken and mole plate. Was not disappointed. Small secluded place, but the food was deeeeeelicious! And, oh! The tortillas were yummy too. Authentic food. Good food. I'm old town, Corona.

Never been so disgusted in my life!My fiance told me he tried this place years ago and it was good. So we ordered 2bl of carnitas and took it to his parents house. The carnitas we're dry and had we're for sure reheated. Today my mom said she wanted to go there because they make fresh tortillas. As soon as we stepped in it smelled SPOILED! We kept walking because I was to embarrassed to walk out. My mom asked for the restroom while we ordered. We asked for beef birria but they didn't have it, so we were going to get goat, birria (again because we we're not ones to walk out of a place) . I ordered and walked to the restroom. The restroom was gross and the smell was so bad I decided to cancel and walk out. As we did one of their employees raised his voice at my mom (when she didn't use the restroom and was sitting at a booth because she thought we would wait for the food) and told her in Spanish "next time know this is not a public restroom" my mom was shocked and didn't know what to say. I walked over and said we're leaving because it smells bad in here. My mom asked how much she needed to pay him for the restroom and again said why we were leaving to clean the place. I took $5 out and put them on the table. WTF? I'm so disgusted by thier dirty place and by that man's attitude towards my mom.

Food was just flavorless. The ladies that run the place are super friendly. They had chili oil out on the tables with no lids which another people can put stuff in and open to germ's.

Compre 5 libras de carnitas y los empleados tenian caracter y muy groceros la verda no lo recomiendo no ofrecen nada pera comer las carnitas no cilantro o cebolla y menos salsas de ninguna clase. Si quieres salsas o tortillas tienes que pagar aparte 6.5 por un 1/4 de salsa y 9.00 para 12 tortillas, la verdad no vale la pena ir a tirar tu dinero por un mal servicio al cliente.

We decided to try this place out because we saw there was good rating for carnitas. We placed an order over the phone for 2lbs of carnitas only. When we picked up the food it was literally in an aluminum foil. It wasn't placed in any container or plate. They literally put the food in the aluminum foil. When I took it out the meat wasn't cut all the way. I had to cut it myself. And it didn't seem like I received 2lbs at all. We really thought we had food missing. I've gone to other places where I have ordered 2lbs of carnitas and I get more than what I got at this place. The carnitas were also not that great at all. I wouldn't recommend this place at all to anyone. I paid $27 for 2lbs of carnitas. Which really seemed overpriced for the amount I received and how I received the food and for low quality food. Their carnitas family pack is $28 for 1lb and it comes with the tortillas, salsa and cilantro and onion. Thank goodness I didn't decide to go with that option.

You cannot go wrong here. The name exemplifies what you should order here. Carnitas. Unless you also happen to love pork chuletas. In which case, I say, order both.This place has been in existence for quite some time. I just failed to discover it until I found my Yelp friend, Rose, had beat me to the punch. I was suffering from a severe case of overMexicanfooditis and was temporarily blinded.The carnitas was incredibly tender and moist, with just the right amount of fat to make it slide easily down my throat. Tasty stuff and done so right. The chuletas, pork ribs simmered in a verde sauce, were a cut above as well. The sauce was so flavorful, I was coveting it from afar. After a respectable amount of time, I convinced him to let me spoon his sauce over my carnitas, which I already loved, and I discovered I was definitely. in. love. with. this. place.So there you have it. Another small Mexican cafe in a town already inundated with fast food Mexican food. But this one rises to the top, deserves to be noticed, if only for those two dishes. And the beans aren't bad either.

I called over there yesterday since I had not been for a while and menu looks a bit changed.Noteworthy: was told they still have homemade Mole every day they are open. Had it before, fantastic!Same with their Carnitas. Their handmade tortillas are huge. $ 2.50 a stuffed one of these a meal for itself.. A regular stop for my friend and I before City Council meetings Saw the mixed reviews re customer service. Been going since about 2015 and never ever had bad service. The opposite! People and service so nice.
