I drive from OC to get meat from here! Believe me they have top-tier asada meat best I've had yet! It's worth the drive tysm!!!!!

If you want some DELICIOUS MEATS.... This is the spot. What I loved most is how family oriented they are here. A family owned business where you can taste their love in the marination. Their service is also as if you are a part of their family. They have a small selection of produce ... think of the basics and essentials for a bbq, some chips and fresh salsa. This is a spot my sister found on yelp when she first moved to corona and my dad loved this spot. Also, lastly .... If you LOVE fresh delicious beef jerky.... You HAVE to try their hot teriyaki beef jerky. DELICIOUS!

Carniceria El Rey is a a gem in the heart of Corona. I've driven by it many times and finally stopped by after searching for a carniceria on Yelp. It's a clean, traditional Mexican family owned business with high quality meats. I purchased carne Al pastor which was very delicious as well as some longaniza. If you're in search of an authentic and traditional Mexican meat market, search no more. This place has everything you need for your next carne asada gathering. The service is friendly, warm and welcoming... that alone will compel you to return. Saludos!

Came in on Father's Day to get some carne asada. With the help of Yelp, I thought this was the perfect spot to get some carne asada. I was wrong. The white lady at the counter said they had carne asada but it was getting refilled. She asked me how many pounds and she would get it ready for me. Once I got home and started the grill, hubby was not impressed! He said come and look at this meat. It's long thin pieces. Ready to grill carne asada should be wide pieces. It was so thin in length, it was falling in between the grill. Sadly I won't be coming back. I'll go to Riverside off Pierce, where the meat is a little more expensive, but they have really good quality meat.

Amazing service, great quality and great service. We always come here for special occasions and get like 3 little tubs of their salsa (all of them are great) and 1 of the guacamole, and about 4-5 lbs of asada. I hope they never change because it's so hard to find quality service that provides quality products for great prices. Thank you! God Bless!

I was craving some Carne Asada so I went to this whole in the wall Carniceria. Oh my the Ranchera was marinated to perfection. A little overpriced but it was worth it. It's a Family own business which I love and the Owner reminded me of my grandma. She was so sweet and caring. I will be coming back to buy some short ribs for sure. I highly recommend this spot if you're looking to cook some Carne Asada..

We just tried this place for the first time and they are super friendly. The short ribs and marinated pollo was amazing.

I recommend the chicken and short ribs ohhhhhhhh don't forget the the habanero salsa!!!!!!!!!!

I was intrigued by the 5 star rating, so check it for myself.I had boneless chicken dark meat with yellow sauce and carne asada beef . They are indeed delicious . I'm coming back to try the other selections.I just grilled them in cast iron pan.Also, the Salsa sauce was really great and tasty. I used to other recipes (the lady owner made it herself)Service is very good. Everyone is accommodating.
