Good customer service isn't always about a great burger n fries. Sometimes Sometimes the simplest of things such as humanity n people being there for someone when they can tell something is wrong means the world. That is what happened today with two managers Irene and Judith. These two ladies deserve to be noticed for today I hope they get it.Terra corona

My wife went through the drive-through window. She was instructed to park for her order. When she got home, we found out she didn't get her French fries. When she tried to call the number on the receipt, it was a number no longer in service. When she dialed the number on Yelp, she got a recording that HANGED UP ON HER! Ridiculous.What could improve? Answer the phone! Better yet, get the order right in the first place.

Really great customer service here. The cashier Demitri was a breath of fresh air and was really knowledgeable when it came to the menu. I appreciate someone being so upbeat and energetic with out interaction. The restaurant was clean and the restrooms were spotless. The food was hot and fresh.I'm a student at CSUSB so I'll definitely be back!

Terrible...ordered my favorite western bacon cheeseburger and small fries. The cheese wasn't even melted it was cold. The fries were also cold definitely not made within 30 minutes of serving. Attention to detail and freshness is key. Oh and the sprite was only carbonated water They are having a bad night

Let's start off by saying that this is Carl's Jr. so you know what you are getting when it comes to the food. It's the same burgers etc. that you get at all the other locations. I have no issues with the food here either. This is where they get the 1 Star.The service is where the get 0 Stars. I use the drive thru because it is convenient. 1. When you roll up to the order board you get a pre-recorded message asking if you want to try "X" today. I'm sorry, but that is just lazy. Because it happens the moment you get to the board. I may or may not know what I want yet and would like a moment to look at the menu. 2. After you complete your order they tell you to pull to the window, while the mumble out some message about an app or something. 3. When I get to the window, whether I'm the only car in the drive or not, they always ask me to pull around to the front door where they will bring me my order. JUST STOP.............. WE ALL KNOW YOU ARE DOING THIS TO LOWER YOU DRIVE THRU PROCESSING TIMES. How is the ambiance you ask? Well I can tell you the parking spot right infront of the main entrance looks like all the other parking spots.

Ordered through the drive thu. Got to the window, gave them my card to pay, they took my card, and then informed that their server was down. Ok, no problem.....let's do the transaction the old fashioned way and run the card manually. The manager looked at me like I had a third eye and asked me to just go get cash to pay for my food. Um.....it would be cold by the time I got back...no thank you. Plus the point of a drive thru is so you DONT have to get out of your car. They acted like I was trying to get free food. Totally offended. I was more than willing to pay for my food!
