I asked for fish tacos& they gave me a fish sandwich. Drove back to get my tacos& they cut the fish sandwich patty. I lost my appetite.

Either I was super hungry, or that burger was hittin! Thats my favorite burger from there and I always get extra sauce and it makes it taste even more better. The cashier was nice and friendly, which is not always easy to come by in the fast food industry.

Every drive through order is wrong! Today ordering breakfast sandwiches with no meat as we do 3x a week, they omitted the eggs and added bacon and sausage. These people are stupid and not worth even close to $20ph

I ordered food from here all the time. I've never had anything wrong with my orders, and the foods always been phenomenal. The burgers have never disappointed, and have always been excellently cooked.

This would be a 1 star for how laughable my food looked at first. But it's a 5 because of how the issue was rectified. Over $8 for some nearly-burnt tiny chicken scraps? Boy, after the day I had, that was really the last thing I needed.When I went to ask for a re-cook at the front counter, the (very cool) lady who took our order and served us got a little fire in her voice and was all "I even told them to make those again!" The fact she has a strong sense of quality control is excellent. It would be nice if the cooks actually listened to her the first time, though. Y'all better treat her right because that kind of care is rare these days.My refired chicken was large pieces, cooked perfectly. Trinity made me feel looked after, treated us well and had a good attitude. She's a gem that is responsible for the increasing overall food quality that gets to the tables and the cars.

Please fire the manager!!! She keeps letting the lazy cooks make all the burgers at once so that by the time you order you burger it's been sitting there for god knows how many hours. 2nd time coming here and relieved a cold burger!!! On Sunday October 15, 2023, my wife and I met up with our daughter that works in the area to have lunch. We had her food at the table prior to her arrival. While sitting with my wife at the table, a homeless man appeared at our table and was starting to sit down at our table and we told him first someone was sitting there. He then tried to take the tray away, and when we moved it away he tried to grab some fries, but again we moved it away. When he meandered off we had to spray our area with perfume as he obviously had not taken a shower in a long time and he left a putrid oder that lingered. In a short time, I told the manager there what happened and she mentioned she could replace the meal but we felt that wasn't necessary. We just wanted her to be aware of what happened. He did order food but was told he had to leave with it.I have nothing against Carl's Jr, but want others that go here know what could happen to them

$18.50 for a small 5 piece chicken tender combo with a medium fry. How is a medium fry and a small sprite $9? Spend your money elsewhere, there's better places to eat for half the price, also only gave me 4 tenders instead of 5 and refused to give me more than 2 sides of ranch. ???
