The worst customer service experience, placed online orders for in store pickup yet, Heredina was not able to complete the orders. Heredina had a nasty attitude and decide to tell me that since she was "busy" it would be okay, after refusing for a many minutes and requesting to speak with a manager she refused, she gave me another name which was not hers or on her shirt. The food was cold, and not fresh for a 15+ minute wait. Antonio was able to assist me later, but I no longer was interested in the purchase after Heredina was rude and very disrespectful.

I ordered on the Carl's Jr app. I love rewards and saving money. I can just order, customize it, then pick it up through the drive through. They have a deal right now for 2 for $5 for specific items, one of which are 6 pieces of Chicken Stars. My kids love these so ordering them was a no brainer and saved money. We ordered Four 6 piece Chicken Stars, Famous Star no cheese, Famous Star with Cheese, Large French Fries, Fried Zucchini, Onion Rings, and Chocolate Cake. Everything came to a total of $38, which included a free Famous Star because I used my rewards.I like the Famous Star with Cheese. All the flavors just reminded me of when I was a kid. All the sides were crispy (Fries, Zucchini, Onion Rings, & Chicken Stars) and hot. They were nice enough to separate my Chocolate Cake from the hot items and placed it in a separate small bag. My order was a big order so they had me wait in the front parking lot. It only took like 3 minutes and they delivered it to me a a large bag with my hot food items.The Large Fries container was smaller than I remembered but that's ok.Also they have an Amazon lock box inside so you can pick up your packages which is convenient, while getting food for later.Overall quick, convenient and the kids liked it. The gentleman who helped me at the drive through was very nice also.

I haven't been to Carl's Jr in years and was craving their western cheeseburger from what I use to enjoy as a kid. As I unwrapped my burger, bits of dried hard bacon started crumbling down like the Berlin Wall. First bite it tasted anything but charbroiled , more of a rubber texture & taste. Out of the majority of fast food chains CJ's is sadly the most overpriced of them all. My one star credit it to the Drive thru staff, they were extremely nice, otherwise it would of been no stars. My childhood favorite burger is but now only a memory. I probably will not be going back to Carl's Jr. for another 60 years.

0 stars. Just horrible. Went through the drive thru today, Aug 12 around 3:20pm. Cashier on receipt says Isabella, must've been the shift lead who served me. I ordered no sauce no cheese on a breakfast burger, as I have a picky eater in the family. They gave it to me with mustard... Handed it back and asked for it with no sauce. Waited about 2 minutes, she handed the bag to me with a mischievous grin and said have a great day. Thanked her and drove off. Checked the burger for it to have mustard smeared on the patty as if they just wiped it off with a napkin. Are you kidding? There was no one in the drive thru besides me. I had no problem waiting or being parked because of their precious drive thru time. But they couldn't at least give me a new burger? Embarrassing for the franchise to have a cook or Lead such as the Riverwalk Carls Jr.. Do better.
