When I pull up in the drive thru, I don't need to be greeted " with a do you have a mobile order, it should be "Can I help you". When I got there not only was I greeted wrong, but so was my order.

Worst place ever. Got moldy food from them and when i informed them Patty the manager did not care. She was rude to me and did not believe the fries were from there even after having the receipt and taking the fries back to them. I would give it a negative 5 stars but it does not let me. Dont go there. Besides nasty moldy food. Rude people.

This is next to Salvation Army and I always purchased sandwiches here after or before I shop . I am NOT homeless and this employee that is now new to this store keeps telling me that the bathroom is not working!! I have a health issue (elderly) and need to use the restroom after I eat ! I never used to have this problem where a paying customer cannot use the restroom....Please address to this employee as bathrooms are not broken on a daily basis!!!

Today was an interesting day here at the Magnolia Town Center, I was sitting in my motorhome waiting for Oishii Sushi to open. A security guard flipped out and demanded that I leave the property. Now, this doesn't sound like a review of Carl's Jr. but it is ... The CJ manager, Bobby, was awesome, he saw me standing on the corner on the public sidewalk and he brought me a cold drink, he also gave me the phone number to the security office ... 9514098796The security guard, needs to be trained in de-escalation, Literally if you let me stay there for another 20 minutes I would've had a delicious meal and been on my way.Bobby is a kind and generous manager, give him a raise!

The food is pretty good here! Stopped in for a nighttime snack and a Famous Star and Jalapeño Poppers were perfect for my hunger. Attached is a photo of the poppers ( I couldn't take photo of the burger because I ate it too fast ). Overall, I would 100% recommend the food here. Only reason I am giving it 4 out of 5 is because of the wait, but that wasn't even that bad.

New Review: if we are going to pay $17 plus dollars to get a grilled chicken sandwich please make sure your meat and chicken is cooked through and that our fries are the best ones like light colored ones that have been fried in the cleanest oil possible, when we pay this much money for a meal now we expect more... better quality food. I mean this is a fast food place... and we are still eating here.
