This review is taking into the account its a fast food place.As far as Carls jr goes, this meal experience was lacking. Food was carelessly put together and cold. Even forgot the sauce on the burger. Sent it back and the replacement was equally bland.

Employee working had major attitude even though it wasn't busy when I showed up. Messed up the order and proceeded to give more attitude when questioned about it. They need to work on their customer service, because their attitude is not it. Refused to offer a solution to my problem and I just hung up in the end. I'll stick to the one by my house!!

The Hot honey chicken biscuit is fire!! It is so delicious. It has a half chicken breast fillet that is tender and juicy inside and sweet and crispy outside. Sooo good. Now for the Cons: Expensive Wow $6.51 for a chicken biscuit. The biscuit was tough and hard around the edges, the middle was very good though. Overall, a very tasty breakfast.

The afternoon noon shift is the worst shift the lady that takes the orders has a bad attitude and thay take forever for a simple order the shake was was melted because thay took so long making the 2 burgers this shift definitely needs to be written up

I ordered sourdough combo and I went to drive thru to pick it up. When I pick up my food, cashier didn't give me my drink and I told cashier I had a combo but she insisted just sourdough sandwich. Got home, my order did came with fries but fries is stale as a MF. Don't go to this location.

The only good thing about my order is the french fries I ordered the Santa Fe chicken combo. My sandwich was horrible and then the total was 1399. I handed the cashier $14 finally had to ask him for my receipt and change your mind you it was only a penny, but it's the point of the matter. He says there's no changes had to tell him. Yes, there is it was a penny.
