Very friendly staff and management. Great variety of breakfast items. I always like that Carl's brings your food to you. Great taste. We had French toast bacon egg and cheese burrito and a cinnamon roll.

No straw was whatever. No napkins was annoying. But no sauce?? As specified in my mobile order???must have literacy issues if employees can't read simple simple words. But it's just crazy to me how much the prices are rising and the service is lacking so much. Also the guy handing my food was rude I hope he never find the cool side of the pillow.

Never coming to this location again. I was drinking soda when nothing came out I opened the lid and found a used glove in the fucking cup!!!!! I'm high risk so I haven't dined out or left my home in over a month now I'm freaking scared I might have gotten sick. Not only is this unsanitary and careless it's dangerous at this moment!!!!

Don't come here I got food poisoning from the double cheeseburger I don't know if it wasn't cooked fully or what since it was 7 am. My friend told me the guy who took my order was the manager he even gave me attitude the whole time and when I asked for extra sauce he said he had to charge me which I said was fine then told me again in a rude manner that he had to charge me and he can only give me one sauce which is outrageous like I get paying for sauce but dude one is insane to me I work in fast food as well and this is not good customer service especially from the manager I hope this gets to the district manager so I can never see him there again. 0 stars

The manager is nothing but a scamless, rude jacka**. The employees are great at there work and fast but seem to be under heavy pressure, whenever I ask for an extra sauce there forced to ask me to pay for it, I feel bad for anyone that works here and has to deal with him he needs to be deeply inspected or something I had a terrible experience with him recently and never again.

I can't stand the fact that every time I come to this location , they park me ! No matter the order I'm sitting outside for 15 minutes because they do not bring the food until they clear the drive thru. I don't feel I should be made to sit out front so they can fudge their window stats ! To add insult to injury they always leave something out of my order !!!!!
