Thank you Breeze for working in the drive thru, you're a cutie and my order was perfect! I ordered the Super Star combo without pickle and onion. Zucchini instead of fries, and a medium diet Dr Pepper. I also got a senior discount. I enjoyed my meal at home while watching T.V. And everything was tasty! My drink was refreshing and I'll be back again!

I used the drive-thru to order a Famous Star with cheese combo, which I hadn't had in a very long time. It was fast and convenient. The young lady at the window, I think her name was Isabel, greeted me warmly, handed me my order, beamed a huge smile at me, and wished me a good day. Nice to see polite young people, a rarity these days, providing excellent customer service.The burger was bigger than it looked and had onions, tomatoes, and lettuce. It was good and so were the fries. I rarely eat fast food from Carl's usually opting for healthier options but I was in a hurry to get back to work. Although it was a good experience, I'm not returning anytime soon for my health's sake.

I will never ever go to canes ! Not what I expected! Everyone kept telling me that their food is good that you get plenty of food for your money. That was a lie!!!!!! I paid over $20. And the amount of food they gave was not equal to what I paid. Very disappointed with my first visit and only visit. I won't be back!!!!

Reliable decent service good food. I always get my hashrounds fresh. And they have good deals

The workers and food were great. The one star is having A.I. take your order in the drive-through. Creepy and cold.

Maggie customer service was great and she was very helpful And very patient. Will definitely visit this location again

I cannot make this up!!! Stopped by to get a shake, drank all my shake but my cup felt heavy! I felt something hard in my cup looked in it and there was a mental cap to something in my cup! Before she gave us our shakes she was inspecting our cups telling us she just wanted to make sure the cup didn't have a crack on it.... Now I know what she was looking for!....

Maggie was a great person very respectful made me feel comfortable got my Oder right the first time and had the place really clean will definitely be back thank you much Maggie.

Came in to this Carl's Jr, looking for a deal. Come to find out all the major burgers are overpriced. Didn't complain and I ordered a double famous star. This is a fast food but when you get your food in under 2 min it makes you wonder how long they've had the food in a warming station. So they brought me my food to my table and immediately I noticed that the fries were barely warm. I try not to return food due to not wanting retaliation in anyway. But I was hungry and paid almost 20 dollars for this combo. I took my fries back to the register and the GM told the cook to have them make me new ones or so I thought. In reality they grabbed fries that were already cooked and fry them again to give the illusion of fresh fries. Unfortunately for them I've been in the food industry for quite some time. So I know the ins and outs of how food must look and temperature. This restaurant was completely empty and now I understand why. It's unfortunate that because of this negative visit I will no longer visit this location and will think twice of visiting any other carls in the area.

I walked in and they were very courteous and polite, the place is very clean and Maggie helped me with my order.
