Wow, fantastic service, and extremely tasty sandwiches! A coworker and I stopped in for lunch and were immediately, and enthusiastically, greeted by a wonderful young woman working the order counter/register. We ordered our food and she seemed to really go above and beyond for "just a sandwich shop". I ordered a medium Classic Cheese Steak ($14.99) and my buddy ordered a small Veggie Chicken Cheese Steak ($11.99). We both added the optional spicy red peppers (sweet peppers also available), which took the sandwiches to another level of delicious! We also tried a medium order of their Naked Fries ($3.99), which were thin and crispy flat fries; again, very tasty.I've been to other Capriotti's locations before, but today's experience really stood out to me. Will definitely stop in here again when working in the area.

You know what makes this place great, besides their sandwiches, the staff. They truly are on top of their game.Always ready and fast!I usually order through their app during my work lunch, and when I get there, less than 10 mins, food is ready to go.I have tried every single sandwich at this point (don't judge me) and you can't go wrong with any of them.

We first tasted this in Las Vegas. It is our go to sandwich place for pastrami, Bobbie, chicken Philly and Philly cheese steak. Everything is made to order and the bread is always fresh. As far as pricing, it's on the expensive side but so worth it. You pay for quality. The service is good but could use more improvement. The place is clean and kept tidy.

Had Capriotti's for the first time in Vegas and am glad there's one fairly close to me in SoCal. Pro-tip: download their app! You can use it for online ordering and can accumulate points for future discounts, as well as special offers. I've only ordered online and picked up to go, but the employees have always greeted me upon entering and are friendly and my orders are always ready on time & accurate. Restaurant is also clean. For first timers, I recommend any of their cheese steak sandwiches, and add fried hot peppers! Yum!

Capriotti's is a solid spot for sandwiches. I never would have guessed that some place in Eastvale would have sandwiches this good. My friends had been hyping this place up so finally getting to try it was awesome.I split a large Bobbie with my friend and it was really good. I didn't even know what it was until I took the first bite lmao but holy shit, it was definitely the most interesting sandwich I've had in my life. Though it was good, I felt like I wanted to try something else so I bought a small Cheesesteak and that was delicious. Every bite was sooo good. I highly recommend either of these two sandwiches. It might have been because the place was empty but the service was fairly quick and the workers were cool about making our food though it looked like they were trying to clean up. They actually made the sandwiches pretty fast which was impressive! The inside of the place was also very clean which I appreciate a lot. It made for a perfect five star experience

Dang Instagram and their targeted ads got me AGAIN! I saw an ad for these delicious looking sandwiches and thought it's probably in New York or some other far away city. So I hit the order button and turns out there's one in Eastvale. Bookmarked.Located in a strip mall at the extreme end of Eastvale (practically Chino), Capriotti's is pretty easy to find. Parking, less so. We walked in and were greeted by staff immediately. I went with a medium NY Chopped Cheese and the kiddo went with the Hot Bobbie. There are four sizes so picking which is which was kind of different at first lol.The sandwiches came out pretty quickly and we dug in. I don't know if this is what an authentic Chopped Cheese is to a New Yorker but it was a damn tasty sandwich. The kiddo really enjoyed the Hot Bobbie. It's Thanksgiving dinner on a sandwich. Lemme tell ya, next time I will probably go small as the sandwiches are extremely filling. The kiddo has a pretty hearty appetite and she could only finish half.Capriotti's is pretty out of the way for me, but if I was in the area or if they had a limited time sandwich I'd have to try I'd absolutely go again. The food was delicious and filling. Service was fast and friendly. Recommended!

So far, so good. Their Italian sandwich, for some reason, tastes better than all the other delis I've been to. Maybe it's the quality of the meats or freshness of the bread. We also liked their wagyu steak and cheese WITH sweet peppers! I can't wait to try the other sandwiches.

My sister treated me for lunch, she placed our orders online and picked up in store. I opted for the Half sub and half salad ($11.99) For the salad, I chose the CAPs Creation, which is a "create your own" mixed greens garden salad. The topping options are as follows: black olives, crispy cheddar onions, mushrooms, cranberry walnuts, tomato, raw onions, sweet peppers, hot peppers, crushed red pepper relish, black bean/corn mix, American, Swiss, provolone and Gorgonzola cheese. Your protein can be added as well, your options are Tuna, turkey, veggie turkey, diced chicken, Wagyu, Genoa salami, veggie chicken and cheesesteak, capacolla ham and impossible steak. Finally your dressing, they have 6 options- balsamic, Gorgonzola or red wine vinaigrette, chipotle ranch, Russian dressing and bbq sauce. The sub I chose was the veggie cole turkey- vegetarian turkey, coleslaw, provolone cheese, Mayo and Russian dressing. This combo will last you all day, the portion is massive so you'll definitely have leftovers. I love coming here because of the vegetarian/plant based options, not very many sandwich shops have "fake meat" offerings. My sister also had the same combo but opted for the Capastrami sub, this sandwich was loaded with hot pastrami, Swiss cheese, Russian dressing and their house coleslaw. She really enjoyed her sandwich, and said it is now her new favorite "GO TO" :) Also, they offer a FREE grilled cheese with the purchase of any sub/sandwich!

Extremely well manifested friendly staff. The food was delicious and freshly made. Not a whole lot of seating but who needs it when in a sandwich shop. The guy taking my order was a huge reason why I would return

Loved walking in and being welcomed! What a fabulous menu, so many choices!Hubby had ordered The Bobbie before, it is a Thanksgiving meal in a very soft French roll. It has been voted "The Greatest sandwich in America." Slow roasted turkey, cranberry sauce and stuffing, phenomenal! I ordered the Italian sub, it was okay. It didn't knock my socks off.The restaurant was clean. Customer service was very good and in a good location with enough seating and parking. Worth the try!We will definitely be back!
