I would never go here again as the staff needs sensitivity training. Our party requested that an adult needed the bumpers due to his disability and the staff member refused. She proceeded to say "Adults don't get bumpers." Our party had to legitimately argue how absurd she was being. And when she all of a sudden came to the "realization" it was due to his disability, which was already stated, she proceeded to argue and say "Next time use your words and say that." Like excuse me? This was the absolute worst experience for our party and we would absolutely not return. How discriminatory.

We've bowled here before---- last year and came back to bowl again. They couldn't accommodate the 7 of us for 1 1/2 hours ....there were several lanes open. Staff was unwelcoming and didn't have any solutions for us to work out a different time slot. We will not return.

Plenty of lanes for bowling. We always go here when we are in the Palm Springs area. Small bar conveniently located in the center between lanes.. Clean and well maintained lanes.

Took the kiddos for some bowling.. I come here every once and a while.. Usually have a issue with the mechanics of the lanes.. Today we didn't have any issues and had fun.. The place is always clean and the staff are always super friendly and helpful.. My only thing that is didn't like was the weekend price.. Would have bowled longer had it not cost $55.00 for one hour and three shoe rentals.. FYI.... The Onion Rings Are Awesome!!!

They hiked up M-Th price $30 from $20/hr to $50/hr for President's Day! While everyone else is slashing prices for President's Day they are overcharging, ridiculous!

Staff not helpful when asked question about there services. Did call for shuttle when asked. Request had to be made more than once.

Old, outdated, smelly, eerie. Walked in and walked out. This is the first bowling alley I've ever been to that I've walked out of. This place sucks, the layout the food, the decor, the lanes, it needs a major renovation.

I paid $18.82 for a basic grilled cheese and fries and tater tots. Even Sonic has better food items than this. We waited EXACTLY 1 hour and 20 minutes for these items. When we got the food, it was warm not even hot. The delay may have been because they were understaffed but a grilled cheese should take 3-4 minutes. Fries and tots maybe 4. 2/10 overall.

Very bad customer service and when we asked to speak to the manager they said call on Monday and didn't even give us their names. To be honest I felt discriminated against as soon as we walk up to the counter. The one with the glasses was speaking over my sister asking a question. She's a black card holder at Morongo and was given this coupon for bowling. They didn't honor it and said they were not affiliated with the casino at all.
