Canyon Crest Ice Cream & Water

This is my ideal spot to go refill my water jugs at! Really close by and good quality water. I love getting the Alkaline water, has so many benefits for me and my pets! The Canyon Crest Plaza is pretty busy, making this the only downside to coming here. I usually have to park further away from the entrance, but the have a cart you can use to wheel the heavy jugs around. Love coming by and supporting the family that runs this business.

I thought provided my review... strange. Anyhow the ice cream was on point , the older lady was nice , they make their own ice and sell watercwirh water dispensers. Located in a cute shopping center. We were trying a Mexican restaurant out not good but this place made up for it.

I feel pretty bad right now. The only reason we found this shop was because the ice cream counter at Rite-Aid was 'out of order'. Thank God. This little shop with the premium quality ice cream was a total surprise. I had a double scoop (on sugar cone) of strawberry and rocky road. Spectacular! My brothers all got their favorite flavors on their choice of cones or cups and we enjoyed our post lunch treat. Service-5Food-5Value-5ROMEO

Love this place! I've been filling my water here for the past year and have been happy with the service and taste of the water. A cute lil old Korean man runs this store and he rinses out the inside of the jug before he fills it with water. Meanwhile, he also puts the cap into a UV sanitizer thing as well. I pay $1.25 for the 5-gallon jug which is cheaper than the self serve machine over at Ralph's. The water tastes like a refreshing Kirkland bottled water and not like crappy Arrowhead water or tap water from your sink. Although this water probably comes from the tap, their filtration system does a great job at making the most refreshing water. I'll definitely be back here!

Ok lol I totally understand why everyone thinks the "old Asian guy" is mean... my son and I initially had got the same vibe. However, overtime we realize it's just his personality. It's not personal at all. In fact, he's now super nice to us. He's very reserved but once he is familiar with you he opens up. I know that's not the typical way to conduct business but I just want to put it out there he's not nearly as bad as it seems at first. I think the language barrier makes him a little standoffish but besides that he's a nice guy

He changed hours and I wasn't aware but still opened the door to me and another customer and helped us out. Very good water and service. My go to spot!

Would give 0 stars if I could. The older man is extremely rude. He stares at you with an angry look when you first walk in, mumbles something under his breath, and when you ask for clarification, he yells something that's hard to understand and then refuses to load your water into the cart. I thought it was just me, but it looks like others have complained about him. The lady is extremely kind, but it's been awhile since she's manned the store.

I have been buying water from this place since 2007 and have seen the store go throuwith three different owners. The current owners take pride of their business providing a very clean and organized store with competitive prices on water and ice cream.

Been coming here for the past year and at first I thought it was me maybe exaggerating but today my husband actually went himself and experience what I've been experiencing for a while now the gentleman that is always here is extremely rude and unprofessional as polite As I am to him it seems like he's always upset my husband understands me now sadly this is the only water store around our area that carries alkin water just be prepared to not receive a smile back or a thank you back

Used to go there all the time when we used bottled water. Would fill up 10 5 gallon bottles each visit. Always bought an ice cream when we left.
