Customer service is a legitimate JOKE. I am usually VERY understanding because I've worked/work customer service. I ordered through Grub Hub and they gave me an estimated time of when I was supposed to receive the food, wasn't a terrible timeframe. Then 20 mins after the ETA I was concerned especially because it's getting late and the restaurant was probably going to close soon. I called the number that was available to me to check. So I called and asked ... per that associate my order was delivered a while ago.. and I'm over here like WHAT DO YOU MEAN? I've been here in the living room, close to the door and I didn't hear ANYTHING. They said it was delivered to the address that was provided... I was basically told I was a liar. So rude, like just talk to grub hub and I'm like.. no you have to enforce things to make sure that you deliver to the correct address! I'm done nothing more to say .. food better have been good

Owner is a scam artist. I ordered through door dash and the guy calls me asks for me to verify my CC number, cell phone number and address. I said I ordered through dor dash and you are calling me through the app so why do you need this information. He had no logical answer. I canceled the order by calling door dash and reported him.

Great experience and food. Amazing pineapple curry that I got with sticky rice which I've never had as a savory side before but it was great. I ordered the wrong thing and the guy I spoke to over the phone was really nice about it--he even texted me updates on my Grubhub delivery because the driver had a ton of orders. I wish I got the guy's name because he was really nice/helpful. Pad Kee Mao noodles were reeeeally good and so was the Yum Neau Salad which is a spicy beef with lime flavors. Surprised that the reviews are all over the place for this spot; I eat a lot of Thai food and this is definitely one of my favorite places. The Grubhub delivery fee is a lot but the usually have a $10 off special going on which is tricky but hey, gotta do what you gotta do.Great food, I'll be ordering more for sure.

Well there's been a miscommunication. I ordered through GrubHub. I ordered that um Chi-Chi soup 8 oz I ordered a pad Thai Noodle 1/2 a barbecue chicken and fried rice. I was notified by GrubHub that the order had been canceled. So I got dressed and I went to go pick up lunch. While I was gone waiting for my order I got a phone call. My order was not cancelled and the entire order was delivered to my house. Very generous portions nice and hot food ready to eat. I guess I'll heat it up for dinner tonight. That barbecue chicken looks fantastic and my pad thai is very generous portion as is the fried rice and the Tom Chi-Chi soup was yummy. Here Comes bon appetit yelpers! I had to clear that up.

I think this is the same place I ordered from off Door Dash. Anyway I'm not sure if there are new owners or what but I did not have an issue and the food was DELICIOUS. Papaya salad was amazing. The Tom kha gai with shrimp was so so so good. Egg rolls and crab rangoons were delish too. My hubby ordered the California Thai chicken and he loved it. The mango sticky rice was amazing too. All in all one of the top Thai restaurants I've had. This will definitely be my new Thai spot close to home. I didn't check the Yelp reviews before I ordered and I'm glad I didn't because I wouldn't have ordered considering so many negative reviews. I really don't understand why people have has such bad experiences. I would have taken pix but I inhaled it before I could.

I ordered their food on Door Dash for the first time. Just chicken pad thai. I also requested chopsticks, soysauce, and extra lime and cilantro on the side. None of my special side requests were met.Which ruined my meal.. And they did not even include napkins... The chicken tasted old and dry. The flavor of the entire meal was bland. I took 2 bites and stopped. Not even worth the calories. Never again. Not paying attention and forgetting to include special request side items will leave unhappy customers every time.

The food is absolutely great! There is no argument there. When you call from the app and it's been 1.5 hours, and some random "I'm dispatch" guy answers the phone.. you lose a star. Then, said man, has an attitude when you respectfully inquire to cancel..you loose two stars. I hope this place gets better management bc, o my, the food is yum.

Ordered with these guys through grub hub. Took two hours to receive and I am less than 3 miles away. Although the delivery is a poor reflection of Grubhub and not the restaurant the food was subpar. Sticky noodles, old bland chicken and rubbery seafood made me throw the entire order out. Was not worth the wait or the price.

This is an instance where reading yelp reviews would have saved me from a dining disaster. Having a hankering for Thai food after the gym, I drove pass a place that read 'Thai Kitchen'. So I made a U- turn and decided to stop by to pick up a to-go order. This was impromptu, usually I yelp beforehand but I was on the road! Walking inside, the whole restaurant was dead, but the decor was nice, had some Thai accents. The male server handed me a menu while the female at the cashier took my order.I ordered the green curry, $8.95 and Thai tea with boba, $3.50.While I sit and wait, the male server brings out the thai tea with a dome lid, which was poorly fitted, some leakage did occur. He doesn't say much. Then he comes out with a brown paper bag. The only words he utters are "oh do you need silverware", even McDonald's gives silverware for TO-GO orders. I decline and save them some plastic ware.On my way to the car, I sip up something of soft consistency, and when I spit it out on my hand, it's a cooked grain of rice! A minute later another surprise pops up, it's a thai chili seed. I would have taken a picture, but I threw it out the window. I don't recall ordering my Thai tea on the spicy side. I felt like I was being pranked.The next surprise came next when I arrived home. I open the brown paper bag and look the curry. It's a decent size container and inside is green curry just as I ordered, I inspect it for anything surprises, just bell peppers, chicken, carrots and peas. Then I open the box of white rice, and this is where I was shocked it was filled with uncooked grains of rice (see picture for evidence). I tried a spoonful with some curry, all I heard were my molars going 'crunch' crunch' I had to spit it. I cooked my own rice and finished the curry. It was the worst $14 I've ever spent. I've never encountered a bad Thai restaurant before now-- I hope you read this and never have to.
