Cali Subs

For a small sandwich shop in a ghetto mall I'd say Cali Subs is a Win. Definitely a reason they've been here for so long. Ice coffee is one of the best in the fast food game. The sandwich is decent, somewhere on the subway scale but cheaper. I'd get it again huhuhuh.

I ordered a Chicken sandwich to go and the chicken texture was weird but everything else was good. Service was friendly.

I really like this shop in the mall. It's fresh and I love the service is great. Thank you Mike for opening this store.

The mall finally replaced Subway with a much better sandwich shop. The menu is simple, sort of a build your own sandwich concept. Choose your bread, meat, cheese, veggies etc. The signature sandwich being the Cali Sub (turkey, bacon, avocado and chipotle mayo) it is a must try. If your not in the mood for a sandwich, they offer hotdogs. The chili cheese dog and bacon and cheese dog are my favorite. If you're feeling adventurous there is an off menu (lets call it a secret menu) item called the Cali dog. I have not tried it but it looks good. All in all its a great little sub shop. Give it a try.

One of the best sandwich spots in town I've known of the owner since he's worked at Orange Julius and he's always been a swell humble guy great customer service. His sandwich shop in my opinion is great food taste fresh even after you eat it later on in the day. Also gives you decent sized portions of food and the ice cream there is really good highly recommend this place

Terrible food. Turkey Sandwich had no taste, bread not good. Complained about meatball sandwich (meat horrible), was told that is the meat they use (offered another one but who would want another one).

Grossest food I've ever tasted, beans on my chili dog tasted refried. Pretzels are okay though.

This place is horrible. The guy that makes the sandwiches, when I said to go I guess he thought I wouldn't notice how flat our sandwiches were. They were flatten down so much It felt like a wet sponge. I ordered a Ham/Turkey 12" sub with avocado and bacon, no onions and with everything else. He charged me for the bacon and guess what when we got home, I searched for it and NO BACON! My husband ordered a Meat Ball sub, 12" on wheat bread. The bread was horrible. The Sandwich was also flattened out real bad. We had 3 tiny meatballs, cheese and the sauce. What a disappointment. I spent 18.00 for junk. The only thing that tasted good was the Hot Pretzel with the cheese. We paid $3.75. This is overpriced. Prices for the pretzel were not posted. I asked for a receipt, he said they no longer do receipts! I googled his phone number to call and the number is disconnected. His new number I had to pull a trick out of my sleeve to get it. I called him and explain our dis-satisfaction and how the bacon was missing and he had charge me for it. He ignored what I said about how he had charged me for the sandwich but didn't give it to me. To which he replied, "I only heard you asking for the avocado, not the bacon". Yet I told him again you charged me for it, and again he ignored it. Then I told him about my husband's sandwich and he blamed it on me because it was "to go" it could have gotten smashed by me. I told him, no sir that's why I was being very careful with the bag you gave me and I put it in my huge Bath & Body Bag so that it wouldn't get smashed. This guy was full of excuses. And as I was about to close my conversation with him, I just told him that he should not be taking advantage of an elderly person like me just because I'm in a wheelchair. I told him I can't afford to eat out all the time and when I do, I expect the food to atleast be fair and how I thought SUBWAY makes better sandwiches in comparison. He started to curse me out and then hung up on me! I will never ever go near this place again. I told him I don't think he'll be there much longer with this attitude and horrible sandwiches.

Went here one time and the sandwich was nothing to brag over and the price is ridiculously high for a sandwich. The bread was so hard it was hard to eat. For what you get for the price I will not go back there.
