C3 Restaurant

The Steak was cooked perfectly medium rare as I ordered and the brussel sprouts were blistered to be crispy as well as the fries. The steak came covered in a sauce which could have been better on the side I just didn't know it came out like that. The food took about 20 minutes from when I ordered but that is probably the expected time to cook a steak and let it rest. The restaurant interior was pretty empty because it's inside a hotel but the waiter was very nice and checked on me throughout my meal with good service. Great steak!

This is just a rating for the BAR and the APPETIZERS. I can't judge the restaurant because I didn't go.I went on a weekday in the afternoon and it was dead quiet. I thought it was closed because no one was there, but then the bartender appeared. She was super casual, and wasn't sure about a few things because, as she admitted, she didn't usually work behind the bar - she was a floater for anything in the hotel. So I'm not judging the service too much because I feel like that wouldn't be fair to her. She was really friendly and got into conversations, but a couple times it was awkward when I wanted another drink or some food, but she was busy having a conversation with the one other guest there.I ordered the wings, which were really good, but the 8 teeny tiny wings should not have been $10. They came with carrots, which were good, and celery, which had a few pieces that looked more white than green (and were flavorless because of that).I also got the nachos, which were HUGE. Much better use of money than the wings. However, I've definitely had better nachos at places like Yard House. They way they layered the topics made it hard to get a variety of things on your chip. For example, the whole top layer of chips didn't have any cheese on it - the cheese was underneath that layer. And then, all the way at the bottom of the plate were refried beans, which I didn't even see until I was almost done with all the chips. It would have been much nicer if all the toppings were on multiple layers.

One of the only nearby places to our hotel we could find open on Sunday morning with walk-ins. Normal hotel prices and great eggs benedict with corned beef hash.

Best hotel restaurant food I have enjoyed and I too am surprised to say that. My family and I stopped by late in the evening and saw few people around and was thinking we were going to be in for very average food, but not the case. Our very good food was delivered by an even better waitress, Brenda. Marriott is very lucky to have such an outgoing and sincere employee. She and the food made our night enjoyable. For the food, the endless chips and salsa is truly endless. I was quite surprised when she brought out a second helping. For dinner I went with the bacon burger. I have had tons of hotel and resort food and that burger was by far the best hotel burger I have had. From the meat doneness to the bun, it was a hit. I would stop by for that burger any day. Overall and surprised, a wonderful dining experience in a hotel restaurant. Who would have thought? :)

We arrived at this so-so hotel late for dinner so ordered after folks were gone for dinner at 8pm. Service was prompt and friendly.We ordered shrimp cocktail which was AMAZING! If you like spice and horseradish this is for you! Was it worth $14? No- prolly not.We had two main dishes. Veggies had too much butter but the meal was tasty. Our son had over cooked and dry pizza and super oily french fires.We had the breakfast bar and I would say it was a hit. For $18..95 FAR over priced but worth the convenience for us. Our 5 year old ate free. We had custom omelettes, fresh fruit, juice and coffee.The service in both experiences was great but as all hotels, overpriced but tasty. Staff was prompt, courteous and professional.

Not sure why the place has two and a half stars but the food and service was amazing. It's part of the Marriot Hotel. The breakfast buffet had a lot to choose from, including omelettes and freshly made waffles and pancakes. Service staff checked on us constantly and ensure we did not run out of coffee.

This was a great surprise. I was running short on time and was staying at the Marriott Convention Center. The restaurant is in the first floor of the hotel. Breakfast offerings were the buffet or a cook-to-order option. I chose the cook-to-order as the buffet was light on selections. For $20 a standard breakfast was a good choice as it included coffee. The meal was delivered promptly and tasted great. The coffee was smooth without bitterness. No issues with gluten-free as I just ordered with no toast. Staff was great; very helpful and friendly, making sure I had a to-go cup of coffee out of the carafe on the table. Great experience and worth the money.

i came here after a long day of traveling with my mother.we were suspicious at first as we were the only people in the resturant. i ordered the appetizers of ahi tuna tacos and the soup of the day ( lobster bisque) and my mom got the salmon. it was safe to say that we were pleasantly surprised, the presentation of the food was pleasant and everything tasted great overallservice: 8/10food: 8/10ambience: 7/10

Update: Still the best burger in the IE, and much faster service. Instead of 70 minutes, today I only had to spend a total of 25 minutes from when I first walked in to the restaurant, ordered, was served, enjoyed a delicious meal, paid the bill, and got my change and receipt. That kind of service fits my schedule. I will be back. Thank you. This was a superb lunch experience.Earlier review:Would be five stars, but the service is way too slow.The best burger in the IE, by far. The meat and bun are perfect. They cook it exactly as requested.Whoever is responsible for such slow service needs retraining or firing. The service is so slow, especially today, that I am wondering whether I can return for lunch ever again. I never did get get my receipt or change.

Came here for lunch, first time. Veggie and hummus was delicious, fresh and healthy. Schezuan Soy Beans were tasty. Tuna Melt was very satisfying.
