"We had our monthly women's lunch at Antone's and were extremely pleased! It's super cute and cozy inside (a converted house)! We had a very large group (approximately 25-30) and they were able to accommodate us and provided great service! The food was delicious! I had the hot pastrami along with the antipasto salad! "They have the lunch specials lining the wall on your walk up to the register . The specials clock in at under $10 and come with a refillable self serve fountain drink. I chose the turkey avocado 1/2 sandwich special . The deli turkey was thick sliced and the bread had that great balance of soft to crunchy. The avocado? Well, I had to look for it . It arrived on the sandwich as a light spread and not slices. Service at the counter was quick and efficient . Condiments I chose were mustard and oil . Cheese does not come with this sandwich , lettuce and tomatoes do. I asked to substitute the lettuce with spinach (they don't do that ).There was a Parmesan cheese container on the table so I sprinkled that on top . It also came with a bag of plain Lays potato chips. There are booths and tables located inside the restaurant so eating in is easy . Came right before the lunch rush and heard the staff referring to customers by name. Located in a strip shopping center with a grocery store . Parking is free and easy in the lot."

"What a cool old school Italian restaurant. Soon as we walked in we were greeted with an enthusiastic host who sat us at a table in the back that was all ready for us. Our waitress Angelica was very attentive & was able to give us a few recommendations. We went with her suggestion and ordered their house specialty dish called the Alfredo's 3-way combo & it did not disappoint. It was a dish that gives you an opportunity to try 3 dishes in one (lasagna, Italian sausage & like a baked ziti). We also had a carafe of the Chianti but their fresh made bread was another gem that was added to the meal. Our experience was excellent thanks to the ambiance & great service. We will definitely be back to try a few more dishes we were eyeing. Grazie e ciao!"

It's a beautiful spot right in the heart of downtown with a side view of the Mission Inn. Lots of entertainment within walking distance. It definitely looks like a locals' hangout the way the servers were chatting with the patrons.We were promptly greeted by Audrey at the front & seated immediately. In no time, our server, Claudia also greeted us & offered beverages to start. I was willing to take a gamble and order a coffee to see how they stack up to most places. I usually judge diners or restaurant according to the coffee that they serve. Surprisingly, it was decent. I couldn't decide but Hubby honed in on the (Supreme Stuffed) crepes-great choice coz then I get to sample his meal. Finally ordered the Bacon Skillet which is accompanied with home potatoes & cheddar & 2 fluff butter milk pancakes. In about 15 minutes our hot meals arrived. It's my preference when it states "skillet", I would expect it would be served in an actual/real cast iron skillet. That's probably too much to ask for but the tastiness of my Bacon Skillet won me over--it's the potatoes!!! So good! Perfectly seasoned & cooked, fried the way I like 'em. With every bite, I was just ooh & ahh all around for the potatoes. The bacon was pretty good, could've been crispier though. Hubby thought his crepes were pretty great , good portion. Fortunately, the skillet satisfied my appetite because when I finally tried the pancakes, I was not as thrilled. Yes, "light & fluffy" but nothing spectacular. Perhaps it is my preference for moist with a slight chewiness kind of pancake that didn't meet my criteria. Secretly, I was hoping to find lemon ricotta pancakes on their menu. No such luck.Overall it was a wonderful bkft. Never saw the bottom of my coffee cup, thanks to Lulu. Seniors & military receive 10% discount according to their sign. I love their indoor atrium that receive sunlight for those cold days, otherwise it's fairly comfortable climate indoors. Parking is free & shared among other businesses. Hubby & I are glad we finally had the chance to dine at Pancakes R Us."

We walked out and went around the back thinking there was a secret entrance.
