"Since my last review I've been here many more times. The owner will is an awesome cook and him and his wife are very kind people. I try to eat here once or twice a week because for one it's quality meat. It's fair priced and I support the small guy. Thanks will. Try the spicy shrimp and combo it with chicken."

"Their (my) poké bowl is out of this work! I really like the sauces and the fresh ingredients!!"
"This is the go-to spot in MoVal for great sushi. Their Golden Dragon Roll, topped with seared salmon, is outstanding--it just melts in your mouth. They've recently added milk teas to their menu, which I love. I haven't tried their ramen yet, but it's next on my list!"
"This sushi snob is very impressed! Shoutout to Jerry and the staff/owner here for creating such an amazing and authentic Japanese dining experience! We had Toro, scallop, blue crab handroll, etc and look forward to come back for the ramen soon!"
"We love Jinya and this place! Pamela is always super helpful and informative. We always order the Yuzu Shio and Bushi."
"A POKE BOWL/ Small bowl $13.25- Spicy Salmon S, Tuna, Shrimp U- Seaweed Salad, Cucumber Pineapple, Green Onion, Crabmeat- Honey Wasabi Mayo, Eel SauceVery fresh seafood, friendly staffs with good service and spacious dinning area indoor and outdoor seating is available too!! The dining area is clean and comfortable. There are tables and bar seating. Highly recommended if you are in the area."
"I visited Jono's twice so far because it is not in my neighborhood. I like the cozy mom & pop style. The food was good and great customer service."
"I moved to town and this was one of the first restaurants I tried, I have been a customer ever since! My favorite meals are their Chicken Teriyaki, Pork Katsu, and I absolutely love their chicken fried rice! I've dined in, ordered to go, and door dashed and it's always excellent. You walk in and you will always be greeted with a smile. Thank you!"
"Been here a few times and I must say, that the good first impression was no fluke. This place has excellent food and service! They've even extended their happy hour during the weekdays to 11pm. Last call at 1030p for food. For the quality of food, serving sizes and the prices are worth it, especially Happy Hour prices. This spot is a hidden gem. So far everything we've had, has been on point. Don't wanna bore you with meal details, just look at the pics and the speak for themselves. Deborah was our server, very friendly, helpful and patient. Highly recommend this place!"
"The Crunch Chicken (Mild) paired with the pickled radish and hot steamed rice is my go to order! This is the closest Korean fried chicken option within 5 miles of home. It definitely has potential in comparison to the restaurants in the South Bay (Torrance/Gardena area) where we moved from. I've ordered from here about 3 times already and I have yet to be disappointed. I'm a fan and will return again to try other menu items (:P)There's ample amount of seating with a dive bar vibe. I came at closing time so I'm not too sure how busy it gets. I really appreciate the efficient customer service (even when he was just about to close up shop)!"
"I'm not really looped into the whole ramen culture and have only been to a few places, but think this place is really solid. I've only ever got tonkotsu ramen, because when you find something that you love, why change?' The great think about ramen is that it's highly customizable, and this place is no different. I usually get mine medium spicy, extra chashu and extra egg. Perfect on cold days. This place seems to have a lot of turnover of staff, but have never had a bad experience."

Cannot wait to come back here!! Jorge was so friendly and helpful. The quesabirria tacos, crunch wrap, & burrito were delicious. Love the orange spicy sauce. I would order those again and will also try the rest of the menu. I wish this yummy vegan spot expanded to L.A.!

Food was freshly prepared and well plated. Though, ramen and wings lacked flavor and tasted bland. Staff was very polite, helpful, and responsive. I appreciated their hospitality.Nice environment, nice decor, and relaxed atmosphere.

The place was small, but it has nice decor inside.Everything was really good and fresh. We ordered a roll that's not on the menu called the 'Jennifer Roll,' and it was amazing! The perfect combination of fresh fish, avocado, lemon, and jalapeño.We also had the Mango Tango Roll, Aburi Salmon Sushi, and some Yellowtail Sashimi. Our server, Ana, was very attentive and kind. This is the best sushi spot we've been to so far, with a great service.

"Very tasty and delicious ramen! Nice. fellow helping us was either the owner or manager. I asked him if he is a franchisee, he said "not yet." Good luck sir! I hope the order by me and Mrs. Yelper puts you over the top. Modest storefront, clean inside, small but well organized. Delicious soup! That's what it is, no? No offense. I just think any food in a puddle of broth is soup. If the puddle is really thick it is stew. Write that down, whoever is keeping track of such things."
"I dislike that they're so small! You walk in to about 6 small tables, and they seldom have an empty table so it's hard to get in here. The service is quick when you can get in so that's a plus, but I can only ever plan on getting my food to go. The seating area is clean and cozy. The food itself is good. We've tried it all. My favorite is the ramen of course, but the rolls come in at a close second."
"Been wanting to try this Ramen House. Saw a happy hour $12 and I inquired about the best menu options. The gentleman helped me decide based on the items that were on happy hour that day and I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and the size of the chicken ramen. Also was able to try the milk tea with boba and found it to taste really good. I saw some additional items on the menu I look forward to trying out next time."
"I've passed by Menkoi Ya Ramen in Claremont a few times, and I finally got the chance to try it out. We went on a Tuesday evening around 6 PM, and it was already getting busy. Thankfully, our friend snagged a table before we arrived, so we were able to sit right away. The service was excellent! As soon as we arrived, the waitress greeted us and quickly took our drink orders. The menu is simple--just one page, front and back--which makes ordering easy. Here's what we tried:Appetizers 1. Fried Gyoza (4.2/5)Crispy on the outside and satisfying overall. 2. Takoyaki (4.6/5)These were flavorful and served piping hot, topped with plenty of bonito flakes for extra umami.Ramen 1. Menkoi (4.4/5)The pork broth was rich and flavorful, and the bowl came with five slices of chashu. 2. Menkoi Chashu (4.6/5)Same tasty broth but with ten slices of chashu--perfect for meat lovers! 3. Chashu Spicy Miso (4.6/5)The spicy miso flavor was deep and delicious, with just the right kick of heat. This one came with three slices of chashu. 4. Tonkotsu Kotteri (4.6/5)A bold and intense broth with black garlic oil and a strong pork flavor. It was a bit on the saltier side but still excellent. The ambiance is cozy, with a classic Japanese ramen shop vibe. My only minor complaints are that the signage outside is hard to see in the evening, and parking can be a bit tricky, but you'll find a spot eventually.Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be returning! My Personal Rating : 4.42Food 4.5/5Staff 4.3/5Price 4.3/5Ambiance 4.2/5Cleanliness 4.3/5"
"Fresh food. Great service. Perfect for a rainy day. Lots of foot traffic so good is being made fresh to order. Ambiance is awesome."
"I truly feel this place should have higher rated reviews! We love having a ramen place nearby, especially one that stays open later. Always had friendly service and ramen is decently priced for the portions received! We've done both takeout and dine in and have never left disappointed."
"Would have probably never seen this place had it not been for Yelp! I added it to my collection a couple months ago and got to try it tonight with my bestie for a much needed girl's night.Looks like it used to be a Korean BBQ place as the tables still have the hardware for that, but it's covered up. Simplistic design and minimal decor. They were adjusting the lights for the evening early into our meal. They were also playing good music but it wasn't too loud. They were pretty busy while we were there. We were greeted and seated promptly. Service may have been perceived as slow to some, but we were busy talking and catching up the whole time, so I honestly didn't mind it. I went with the spicy tuna crispy rice, the yellowtail carpaccio, and the trump roll. Everything was delicious. The yellowtail was very flavorful and the ponzu was perfect. The spicy tuna crispy rice was very fresh and had strong hints of ginger--very good. The trump roll was steaming when it arrived and was delicious. We had been eyeing the lobster tempura seen on menu photos on Yelp, but unfortunately, they don't have that anymore. My friend ordered the udon as well as the dynamite roll. She loved everything she ordered as well and finished off some of my trump roll and said she enjoyed that as well. Prices were extremely reasonable for the amount of food we got. We will definitely be back!"
"Came here for my first time yesterday as my brother really enjoys ramen and wanted some for his birthday. We didn't eat at the spot but did take it and they made sure the bags were strong and all that was needed was nicely placed in them. I had no worries of the soup and all spilling anywhere. I love spice and I got their blaze with extra spicy. For me it wasn't spicy at all but provided such a great flavor to the soup. So if you enjoy what heat brings to a meal for flavor I would get it. You could always ask for the extra spice on the side if needed. My brother loves their gyoza and I tried their pork buns. Definitely would come to for their happy hour to get that 3 for $10 on those buns and that beer. Great music was playing as well. Definitely gives you the feels to want to do something fun afterwards."
"This is the best real, Hakata style tonkotsu ramen in Chino Hills, and probablya top 3 in all of LA County to be honest. The service, sometimes provided by the chef himself, Mr. Roo, who has a very charismatic and genuine personality, the ambience is quite pleasant and relaxing. The food here is at another level of what you think ramen can be. It's a hidden gem, I mean big time. I'd be going there every day if I could. Highly recommend!"
"So we went to the food lab and saw ramen so our heart was set on ramen. Therefore we yelpeed a higher rating place and found Saku Ramen.Luckily no line. its right across from the Mission Inn on the side where its a blocked off walkway. It's great to to build what you want, everything is ala carte in the toppings so your ramen can add up. i got the tonkatsu with spicy and it was a nice spice for a cold day in December. First place i have ever seen to have 0 cal noodles so it's konjac noodles. What a nice treat to eat it guilt free carb free! Broth takes great!"
"Great food and great service. I lived my seared salmon rice bowl. There are so many good things on the menu here to choose from. Went there with my family on Monday. Everyone loved what they ordered. My husband and brother loved their ramen. It tasted the broth - very good and garlic-y. This was my second time there, but remembering they have raw and seared salmon - I will be back more often now. Fantastic place. Looking forward to seeing what their happy hour has to offer. I wish places would push and explain and advertise their happy hours even more. It is always a bit difficult to find happy hour info and most places change it often. Will be back soon to try happy hour and for many more lunches and dinner! The inside bar looks cool as well and probably would be fun to sit at. :)"
"Fish was fresh and delicious. Rolls were perfect! Service was spot on! Really attentive to us and brought us our "extras". Fresh wasabi is the bomb here!"
"Service is great, owners are awesome & the food is AMAZING .i don't have photos of all the food we ordered but we ordered spicy edamame 10/10, salmon crunch was delicious and fresh definitely worth every penny, the green fresh salad is 10000/10 !!! The angus beef bento was also so good, my niece got the spicy ramen (red tonka tsu ramen) overall the experience was great- MUST TRY AGAIN!"
"Clean and inviting space. The server was super attentive and sweet. Ramen was delicious but the pork could be more tender. The pork and shrimp shumai was so good!"
"I was referred to this place by a friend. I took my time and I am so sad I wasted so much time because we finally were here and it's SOOOO GOOD. I love the hot paste sauce thing they give you. It's like their signature hot sauce/ paste. I never had anything like it. I always get the veggie ramen and the vegan pot stickers. We also enjoy the edamame and hubby gets either the chicken and rice bowl or the Tonkatsu ramen. Even the kids love to eat here, they always get the pork ramen. It's definitely good food - We always have good service and the food is always fresh and delicious every time."
"Absolutely everything was delicious! I ordered the spicy miso ramen and the Alaskan roll. Sooo so good! Definitely will be back again"
"This place just opened and the food is amazing. We ordered the Sashimi Platter B, rainbow roll, A5 wagyu sushi, Cho-toro sashimi (2pc), and the hamachi jalapeño (10pc). We received an order of edamame on the house. The chef upgraded our Cho-toro sashimi to O-toro for free which was also a nice surprise. All of the sashimi was very fresh and the wagyu was extremely flavorful! The hamachi jalapeño had an excellent kick and the sauce that it was in was excellent. I don't normally comment on soy sauce but this tasted like higher quality soy sauce than what you would normally get at a sushi place. It wasn't too busy when we went since they just opened and probably not too many people know of this place. There's plenty of tables and space so it doesn't feel like you are cramming next to each other. The chef spoke with us and told us that the specials are different on a daily basis so if you come you may or may not see the A5 wagyu sushi. If you are acquainted with sushi you'll recognize familiar rolls. The menu doesn't have descriptions for each thing but if you ask the waitress or chef they were pretty responsive. They are waiting for their liquor license so unfortunately we didn't have any sake with our food. Hopefully they receive this soon. For the quality of food that we received, I was expecting a much higher bill, but I felt it was reasonable and well priced. Definitely a hidden gem worth trying."
"LukewarmThe only way to describe my third visit in an attempt to redeem my review for this location. I arrive and since it's seating for only one I get my spot right away. Not me thinking I'll be served immediately. I get to order after letting the waitresses know twice I'm ready until 15-20min after seating. No drink, no appetizers, nothing. I order my miso soup, rice bowl and gyozas with just a water to start. They bring all the items at the same time, but they're practically cold. I don't know how long they've been sitting there but even the spicy soup broth wasn't hot temperature. The gyozas were lukewarm. Cold once dipped in the sauce. The rice bowl was cold and dry. I mean, after a hell of a week I just wanted something to warm my soul. Don't get me wrong. The food has flavor. The place is cute. The vibe gives date night or professional after work dinner. Service has a lot missing. They don't have priorities straight and people end up paying for it. The costumers do. I can't convince myself to return."
"5 Stars - Great Ramen!RamenKoko has amazing broth rich, flavorful, and just right. The noodle options are a nice touch, and everything comes together perfectly. It really hits the spot! Great food, good service, and a cozy spot to enjoy a solid bowl of ramen. Definitely coming back!"
"Found my new sushi spot in Ontario or Rancho. I come from LA and one of the things that I look for is a sushi chef who is over the age of 35. I learned that it takes at least 12 years to become a true sushi chef. I also like the set up with the sushi bar and I can tell that, this is an authentic place. I ordered two different tempura sushi rolls and I loved them. I will definitely be trying all my favorites plus the chef specials whenever I can. I ordered food to go but I do love the interior decor and ambience. One thing I don't miss about LA is how crowded restaurants are since 90% of people don't cook. I was able to get my food in less than 20 minutes. One of the rolls was so huge that it was hard to eat, so they definitely don't skimp on the serving size. I think I'm gonna make this a weekly stop.I took really good pictures of the menu so that you guys can easily choose the sushi that you like based on the pictures."
"Ramen is delicious!! I get the spicy miso ramen and it's really really good. I have eaten here about 5 times. Little hole in the wall with great service. The owners are super nice and helpful. The chicken and sauce is also tasty . Great place!! If you like ramen this is a spot.."
"Tokido Craft Ramen is a Chino neighborhood ramen shop that locals just LOVE. The walls are decorated with your favorite anime characters slurping ramen. Its a cozy ramen shop serving all of your favorite styles and flavors. On top of that their appetizer menu is filled with all of our favorites such as chicken wings, homemade gyozas, taiko yaki, Karage and so much more. Great service!Visual review: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DCWV8IJvd39/?igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ=="
