The staff was super friendly and checked on us to make sure everything was good. Boy was it good! I have not had bulgogi beef like that in a while. It was delicious and just melts in your mouth. The hot stone pot with veggies was so good with a variety of veg that all tasted fresh. The kimchi and fish cakes (banchan) so good!!! Will definitely be coming back when we are in the area!"

Brian V. "Tucked away in a strip mall in Chino Hills, this family owned and operated (or at least if feels that way) serves up some some comforting Korean classics. The people here were very friendly - felt like I was visiting family friends and having dinner here. It was my first time here, so definitely wanted to order some of the staples like tteokbokki and the mung bean pancake. I also ordered the naengmyeon or cold buckwheat noodles because I've only had that like one or two other times so really wanted to get more familiar with that dish since I overwhelmingly always go for hot (soup) noodles when I have the choice. It was also a seasonal item since it was still pretty hot around the time I visited. They cut up the noodles a little bit for me when they brought it to the table. I also added some mustard to the soup base. I think this was a really great representation of this. I'm probably not the best person to gauge it, but either way, I just really enjoyed my meal with this being the centerpiece. I got some Korean rice wine or makgeolli to wash it all down. It was refreshing and felt like it neutralized a little of the spice. Really good. For the uninitiated (people such as myself), it's got similar abv to beer / wine so I didn't really feel a buzz, but glad I ordered it. Parking was really easy because the lot is pretty sizable and it wasn't crazy busy at the time of my visit."

The short ribs do not have the rib bone on them and it makes them so easy to cook and eat. Sweet salty deliciousness. The service is top notch, super attentive and very communicative. Thank you Seoul Galbi, you have always been good to me teaching me how to cook the food and discussing the ingredients. Always super accommodating to my tastes. The restaurant can get busy so make sure to get there early. You cook the food in front of you and you can smell the smoky goodness as you walk in. Comfortable seating and nice granite table tops. This place makes you feel at home. You have to try Seoul Galbi. It's my go to place when I want all you can eat (AYCE) Korean bbq in Temecula."

The quality and value are incredible! I also love the self-serve buffet set up, so you don't have to wait for your order to arrive. There's a huge variety of condiments, salad, kimchi, and marinated meats to choose from. Parking lot is not that big, so space is limited."

We always get the cheese and signature sauce crispy wings. Love going in person cause then they'll refill the cabbage salad for free. But we still order them when we get take out. One day I need to order the dukbokki, but it's so hard to stray from our favorites!! The waitstaff is usually awesome. I've enjoyed their micheladas too. It's nice and clean inside, though we tend to do takeout more than eat in. Anyway, in a nutshell: 10/10"

Rebecca B. "This place hit the spot! Customer service was excellent and the food was ready in about 15 min. Ordered a 10-piece Korean BBQ mild (which still had a nice kick) and a side of fries. Dipping sauce was a mix between Cane's Sauce and Chick-fil-a sauce (in my opinion) and complimented the fries perfectly. Also included was a side of ranch. The wings were SO good and big and the fries were fresh, crunchy, and well- (but not overly-) seasoned. So glad I tried Go to Go since it's been on my Bookmarks list for a while now. We scarfed down the food in the car (no seating inside) and it was worth all the mess we made. Will definitely return to try the other flavors."

Greg F. "Not Sure What is Better!Between Red Castle and the U Grill in Rancho Cucamonga, I cannot say exactly which place is better. However, in my opinion, it is better than Gen. Overall, I am rather easily pleased with KBBQ in general. The only thing that I think sets most KBBQ restaurants are whether they are 1) All you can eat, 2) What sides are offered, 3) The additional menu choices. For Red Castle, it is an easy choice if you are big on the Beef Brisket and Bulgogi. Not to mention, the steak options here are rather great too! The marinade can be a bit on the salty side, yet - to give a fair comparison - fries from Mc Donald's are far more saltier by default - but who complains about that, right? To curb any salty, yet savory meats served here... enjoy it with a side of salad or white rice. Either of the two go really well with all the flavors offered here at Red Castle. As for the service - no complaints! They be killin the floor with fresh dishes, drinks, and grill changes. Fast and friendly service overall! Last but not least, I have to say that I get the most K-Pop exposure here with their flat-screen TVs playing K-Pop Music Vids. I love it! Not to mention, this would be pretty fun place to go for your annual holiday. Moreover, they seem to often have a deal on drinks if you visit Monday - Thursday. However, these deals change from time to time. Just know that they have all the bottled soju that can be offered. I vouch for the grape flavor as the best one to choose if you are trying it out for the first time.I've been here a small number of times and I plan on coming back soon! Much thanks to Red Castle!"

Both were really good, definitely hit the spot. I love when places give you the scissors to cut your own noodles show you want rather than doing it for you because i always panic when i eat cold noodles lol The server was very nice and left us on our own to eat, just checked on us to fill our water and that's about it. Upon arrival, the restaurant looked very big and open inside and I would have loved to dine in, but it felt like a "grab a bite and watch movies at home," kind of night. The kimchi stew was satisfying, but I found the kimchi to be on the sweeter side which I'm not really crazy about. There was a good amount of tofu inside, but the pork was thinly sliced. I would have preferred thicker cuts of pork belly. Also I appreciate that they gave me sides, but it's kind of a waste of a container by not filling the sides up more. There was like a creamy pasta salad that was really good, but I only got two bites out of it."

Stephen C. "Ambiance:Coming here around opening at 10 am on a Saturday, it's very obvious how spacious this location is. Upon entry, we were greeted right away and were told to find a seat. We took up a booth which can hold around 6 people. There are about 6 to 8 booths, not including the corner booth which can also seat 6 people. There are three long tables in the middle that can seat 18 people and two high tables that can seat 4 people. Other than that, the environment has lively music and the staff are generally nice. Food Choice:Special Combo PhoA very delicious broth, fairly good by itself with everything if you don't consider putting anything additional in, such as the hoisin sauce. Even though it has the same generic taste as majority of pho places, it still marks an important factor that we all like in pho, and that is, "that it hits the spot". I also wouldn't doubt that this would be a great location after a wild night out. Bulgogi Fries First bite and ending bit, these fries are just bursting with flavor. I don't have anything else to compare it to from other places, so I'd have to say that these fries were the highlight of the experience. Drink Choice: Iced CoffeeTheir coffee hits really in the middle of sweet and a slight bitterness of the espresso. I really enjoyed this to the point, where I might consider getting this during work hours."

The mushroom, seafood...ALL of them are legit. The short ribs are tasty...good marinade. We prefer it over the BBQ beef which is more sweet. The seafood pancake is large and can easy share. The pork cutlet comes out hot, crispy, and super tender. The bibimbap is yummy! The banchan is DELICIOUS. ALL of it...just wish they had the potato ones too. The combos are decent sized and priced well. The service is quick and easy...the ladies are so sweet. The atmosphere is simple...cafeteria like since the tables are all so close to each other. Christina S. "Don't overlook this small eatery at the very end of business in the back of University village. Initially we came to the village to eat something else BUT due to that business opening up at 11:30 and this one opening up at 11 we ended up here- no regrets. Now I'm a newbie to Asian cuisine but luckily I was with two friends that are quite the professionals. I ordered the bulgogi fries (safe option for me) while they ordered the Kayak curry and the Sundubu.Bulgogi fries - 5 outta 5! The meat is thin stripped and sweet. No grisel or burnt pieces. The fries are crisp and the long skinny kind so they get a ton of toppings covering them. The melted cheese did not taste like nacho cheese , it was subtly and complemented the meat. 100% kids and adults will love this.Katsu curry - large portion of rice and cabbage to compliment the curry. The chicken was on the smaller side but crispy on the outside and moist on inside. There was no potatoes, peas, or carrots in the dish we got - maybe that was an option in the touch screen ordering device they had? It shows in other people's pictures.....anyways ours did not have it and that made for some sad curry. Flavor was good though and we used some fries to dip in it.Shundubu - We ordered this spicy and oooohhgg man it sure was. The dumplings were delicious and the tofu can in clumps that reminded me of scrambled eggs rather than traditionally square tofu - but it worked because it tasted like it really soaked in the broth/flavor. There were some chopped white onions inside the broth and green onions on the top.Not much interaction with employees, not even a hello when you walk in. They have a computer screen you order from, and then after the food is made the employee will call your number for pick up. The computer asks if you want to tip....I guess that is up to you the consumer for that level of interaction."

Like we are making our own food we need you to work with urgency here lol. Our host was nice just needed to be efficient. Food was decent. They played music like Bruno mars etc. if customer service and efficiency was provided would've received 5 stars, the wait of 35 min is out of our hands so this didn't effect my review. The wait was about 15 to 20 minutes in the afternoon. I requested the sauce be tossed with the wings.
