That means Birria Petes won't be in Redlands anymore starting in November. City of Redlands and Ritual Brewery, just to let you know, EVERY Tuesday since I've tried Birria Petes, I've been at Ritual Brewery. Literally 5+ weeks straight. I can GUARANTEE you that starting November, I will NOT be going out every Tuesday. Now, on to the food. Yes, it's beef and not goat. If you can get past that technicality, you're in for a surprise. The first time I tried the soft taco and mulita and I was addicted. From then on, I've ordered a mulita every week. Wife also really likes the mulita and will go out with me and wait just for the mulita. I've also had the burrito and omg, it's literally one of the best burritos I've had. It's nice and simple with cheese, pickles, onions and a secret sauce. The patty was perfect, well cooked with nice lacey and crispy edges- just what you are looking for from a smash burger. I mean, it's what I'm looking for. You may be looking for a burger that can do your taxes. If that's the case, this burger will disappoint you. Burgers are generally bad at math. "I placed an order for my kids with Ms. Romelia as we hosted a Thanksgiving gathering and I must say, the trays of lumpia and pancit bihon was absolutely tasty! We ordered two trays for each dish and we didn't let either of them go to waste! Ms. Romelia cooked and prepared each dish ready to serve, in fact we tossed each tray on chafing dishes and it stayed fresh for hours! The lumpia came with added sauces and the pancit was beautifully presented as it was topped with citrus slices. Tasty lumpia filled with chicken, pancit with pork and sausage bits mixed in along with veggies! It was a hit with our guests and I look forward to having Ms. Romelia bring her kitchen to our future gatherings again! Oh and if you order her cassava cake, you will not be disappointed!!! I only go to Ritual Brewing when Birria Pete's is there. The birria quesatacos are ELITE! He's does the cooking on his own so expect to wait a little longer than average but it's SO worth it! If you can't wait for good food, go to taco bell.

HANDS DOWN BEST KOREAN BOWLS EVER I live in the LA county and will come down here for this tasty meal! Personally I am very particular with how bulgogi is cooked and this spot exceeded my expectations the meat quality is amazing! I really enjoy the friendly customer service and I will gladly support this business always!

I kept seeing her stories on Instagram but since I leave to work at 4:30 I didn't think she would be able to take any orders earlier than 5am. One day I commented on her story and she asked if I would like to place and order. I said no because I didn't think she'd be taking orders earlier than that. To my surprise she asked what time I would need my order. I said 04:30 am and she said she would definitely be able to have my order. I was surprised and so excited for my order. I felt bad because it was so early but she was happy to take my order. I definitely recommend. The drinks I've ordered are delicious.
