Bog’s Brisket Burgers
"Recently had the opportunity to give these guys a try at our usual Thursday night trivia stop @ Alosta Brewing in Covina. They do a really tasty smash burger. It's nice and simple with cheese, pickles, onions and a secret sauce. The patty was perfect, well cooked with nice lacey and crispy edges- just what you are looking for from a smash burger. I mean, it's what I'm looking for. You may be looking for a burger that can do your taxes. If that's the case, this burger will disappoint you. Burgers are generally bad at math. The fries my combo came with were not only perfectly crispy and delicious, but very good at math- so make sure you get those if you want something delicious or need a tutor. Nice people too. Looking forward to having them at Alosta again. Fingers crossed."
