"Years ago we really enjoyed this location. It would be a quick go to. But as the years have gone by the fries seem to get more stale and cold. The meat is a little on the al dente dry side, not as juicy tender as other locations. I think it would be an easy fix with staff to adjust the quality control of the food they're serving. Just a few tweaks here and there and she'll be good as new. Service is friendly. If they get the order wrong in the drive thru and you have to go inside they are quick to fix the issue. I appreciate the convenient location right off the 60 fwy Main Street exit. Easy to get in and on your way. Luv the red hot sauce with the spicy, vinegary tang. Their taco box deals are great for the fam. Lots of room for improvement then this location will be running like a champ. Fun fact: Since 1952, Baker's Drive Thru has been a cornerstone of the Inland Empire, thanks to Neal T. Baker. Opening his first modest hamburger stand on Highland Ave. in San Bernardino."

But there was a table where two customer ladies with their phone LOUD as it can be for everyone to hear the nonsense they watch on their phones. I wished there was little more common sense of customers and keep their entertainment to them selfs. Is annoying to listen to other people's phone. Place is good overall."

"Visited this Fazoli's on Monday 5/6 on the way to the airport. My daughter carried her stuffed animal Lamby aka Lamb Lamb into the restaurant. She's had him since she was born. They have a drive-thru, but this was her first time at a Fazoli's, so she wanted to explore inside. We went inside and it was a clean and welcoming environment. So, she went exploring with Lamby while we placed our order. We ordered spaghetti with marinara sauce to go. We got the order quickly and we were out the door. On the way to the airport she inhaled it, said it was her favorite spaghetti and wanted some more. We get to the airport, standing in line for security, when she says "I DONT HAVE LAMBY". I asked where he was. She said she left him in the car. Boom, I full sprint to the car to rescue Lamby. Lamby is NOT in the car. I said told her "you must have left him at Fazoli's then." She looks at me, her eyes filled with water, then bursts into tears fearing she will never see her beloved Lamb Lamb again. I tell her I will call the restaurant once we get through security.We go through security, but wait, her Hello Kitty backpack is pulled to the side by security for additional inspection. I'm nervous, what did my 7 year old daughter pack. She's staring at the backpack giggling. Im scared. Am I going to jail? No, they reach in and pull out......a fidget spinner. They thoroughly inspect the fidget spinner, then give it back to her. I call Fazoli's and THEY HAVE LAMBY! I tell them im leaving for vacation, but will be back on Saturday. I asked if they would hold onto it for me until then. They said they will! On Saturday, after a long trip, we went back to Fazoli's and she was reunited with her Lamby. She was a happy girl. We of course ordered a spaghetti with marinara to go. Just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone there who took care of her Lamb Lamb. The team there was amazing and I am really appreciative. It would have been devastating to all of us to lose him."

What I got was 1) no receipt; 2) a bunch of condiments that I did not request (creamer, sugar, ketchup); 3) a hash brown on the side (not in the sandwich); 4) grease all over the sandwich and the inside of the bag, then on my hands. Without the receipt, I returned to the location and the "person in charge", (no manager available) looked at me like I had an arm growing out of my forehead, then told me they don't make mistakes. She then proceeded to yell at another worker in Spanish, then returned to me and asked me what I wanted. I told her a merch card for the value of the meal. She went back around the corner and returned with a large fry, then told me that was what I asked for. She then proceeded to argue with me as to whether that was what I said. I'll not return to that location as they have no concept of customer service. And I'm putting this on Yelp because the franchisee made no attempt to make the situation right at an appreciable level. And I'm betting that as a corporation they just ignore this complaint."

Zucchini fries were $6.99 (for a REG size) now $8.49 and a pastrami sandwich was $14.99 now $17.99!I'm so sad. We won't be able to justify a $49 meal for two people at a casual fast food restaurant anymore."

"This review was a bit late but I feel the need to mention it. So there was a hype around the limited time taco bell spicy chicken wings. I had no choice but to check it out! I don't eat taco bell very often but, on my last visit, I noticed that you can now order through the self-service machine. The UI was really eye-catching and really easy to use. For someone who doesn't like to order their food at the drive-thru or someone who gets nervous about looking for things to order, this machine is perfect. You can take as much time as you like and you can also make adjustments to your order as you please. Now, onto this limited time, spicy wings. We ordered a game day box which came with 8 pc spicy wings with spicy ranch sauce on the side, a mexican pizza, and 4 hard shell regular tacos. The wings weren't spicy but still flavorful. It had a good texture. It was tender and easily to pull away from the bone. The dipping sauce was a delight and creamy with a hint of spice. The mexican pizza was good as expected. The regular beef taco was enjoyable as usual. All and all, I feel bad for people who didn't get to try the taco bell spicy wings. It was really good and it definitely was one of my top 5 dishes of all time."

"We were shopping in 99 Ranch Market located at Chino Hills Plaza. My youngest daughter was parched so we had to find someplace that gives out water. We didn't see any of the food vendors at 99 Ranch that offered water. So after leaving 99 Ranch, we saw our favorite fast food retaurant in the same plaza. McDonald's came to the rescue!Of course, I couldn't just go through drive-thru and ask for water. I ended up ordering my daughter's favorite item... 40 piece chicken nuggets with 2 large fries plus 3 waters. We got sweet & sour and honey mustard as our sauces. They only give 3 sauces per 20 chicken nuggets. Any extra sauces will cost $0.25 each.They weren't too busy at the time. Drive-thru was pretty open. Staff was pleasant. We did have to park at #1 spot to wait for the chicken nuggets and fries. Hey, I'll wait any day for fresh food versus getting food really fast that has been sitting at the warm bins. They brought out our foods and we were on our way to the next stop. Thank you McDonald's for being present when we needed you most!Btw, chicken nuggets were delicious as always, but their fries were a bit starchy IMHO. Water was fine except one of them turned out to be a Sprite. Hope someone who bought a Sprite didn't get our water."

"Outside of having their catering maybe five years ago for an event I have never actually went to El Pollo Loco or tried their food.The reason I even gave them a try was because of a coupon I received in the mail from one of their limited time dishes, so nice job marketing team.This location is in a super busy parking plaza, so parking is at a premium, and tight just as an FYI.The restaurant itself was super clean and comforting. Even though I went during lunch hour I was able to sit and have my meal in peace. Bathrooms where also nice and clean and mostly upkept. Only issue was no paper towels or toilet covers.Now about the food what most people came to see from Foodie B. I ordered the double chicken avocado tostada bowl to give it a try and overall was content.I was not a fan of their beans and rice. Both where on the very flavorless side. There was also a good amount of salad in my bowl. I don't mind salad but I thought there may have been a bit more filling to it then that.In the bowl I got 3 to 4 sizeable chucks of avocado which tasted and looked fresh which was nice. The chicken was not bad, had some flavor but not a huge pop.The biggest standouts where the sauces that made the dish. There is an avocado sauce that was amazing, and a green salsa that was also really good. I myself needed a little something else because it was just missing something and got their hot red sauce. That really completed the dish for me and added the heat and flavor that I was missing.The bowl itself was mid. Thankfully it was fried well, not oily or over cooked, but not much flavor there either.I would give them a 2.5 overall for the food. Service was pretty good. The ladies where very nice to myself and all the guests that came in. No half stars on yelp so I'll give them a 2."

I have not seen a single place that carries THRIFTY other than Rite Aid, which are difficult to come across themselves nowadays. The biggest highlights were: churro shake (which had cut up pieces of a fresh churro blended into the ice cream!), cheese curds (which are fried paneer- yum!), and their spicy chicken sandwich with an in-house made spicy sauce. "Thank you to Carrie - Out for the amazing service and food. Over the weekend I wanted to grab some breakfast for my hard working crew. They all opted for Breakfast Burritos, I recently moved to the area and wash my car next to their location on Central and heard nothing but good things about it. Let me tell you. Not one burrito was left on the table that morning. Team members were asking me for the location so they can go on their own. I got 15 burritos , 5 Bacon, 5 Sausage and 5 with both. I included hash browns on all of them. Make sure you add the hash browns , great additions, although it still has great flavor without. Portion- 10/10 i believe they use four eggs for the small burrito and 7 for the large. They still crack their eggs, none of that carton stuff. Flavor - 10/10 - I didn't even use the sauce that was provided or the ketchup. It was fine without it."
