"Located in a strip mall next to the See's Candies in the same parking lot as CVS and Big Lots. There is ample parking. They have great and extended hours on the weekend. Don't be intimidated of the location in the evening. It is well lit. This is a fantastic Raspado shop. The homemade ice creams bars are endless. Incredible flavor. Yes, this type of demographic shop caters to the Latin community. However, do not allow that to scare you. You'll regret not entering. They have tostilocos, auga fresa (at minimum it's six a day. They have a list next to the register of their fresh juices.) My absolute favorite is the sandia (watermelon) and my daugther loves the cucumber lime. Also so refreshing and tasty. They have hot Cheeto bags that they drench in nacho cheese! Oh, my! Here's a secret. Corn on the cob Mexican style is the same price if you get it in the clear container. You actually get soo much more. They ladle fresh steamed corn, layered with mayo, cheese, lime juice IF you wish chile powder and again repeats this method until it's filled completely to the rim. It's huge. Seriously. My daughter and I share one and can barely finish it. I omit the chile for her not because I'm a whimp or anything. The smoothies are great, the banana splits, and soo much more. The flavors of ice cream are epic. Everything from cotton candy, strawberry fruit (with actual bits of fruit in it) to Ferrero Rocher! I mean come the freak on! There are a few tables inside to dine in if you decide to. There is a restroom for customers. This place is spotless. The owners take pride in the appearance of their business. There is a slight language barrier but it's nothing to inconvenience or upset you. The employee's there are fantastic. The two mature women are my favorite. Especially the one I joke with and call her "abuelita" meaning grandma in Spanish. She's a character and soo kind. Also keep in mind they now have a fee charge on cards. I would suggest cash if you don't want the extra fee. It's also mentioned at the registers."

"I had DD's ice cream out for a party that I had this last Saturday. I utilize them to serve fresh churros. I had over 200 people in attendance and the service they provided was spectacular. Everything from the first phone call to the time they left was of the utmost professionalism. The display and set up was perfect.Can't say enough great things about the churros. They had every flavor you could possibly imagine. Churros never tasted so good. The service was outstanding. Each one of my guest raved about how amazing the churros were. While this was a large group there was really never a line. They were prompt and professional.We definitely have them out at our next event. Once we stepped into Shemda we were immediately greeted by the kind woman at the counter and taken aback by the shop's "cuteness." We ordered a bagel with lox which was out of this world good! It was not your typical bagel - it was prepared like an elaborate sandwich! We also had an açaí bowl. Yum! Both items were very reasonably priced! "I was visiting a friend in Eastvale and we stopped for some mochi donuts. Mochi donuts are less sweet and slightly chewy (like mochi!) rather than cake-like. I've had mochi donuts at other places and admit I prefer "regular" donuts but these mochi donuts are definitely the best I've had. What makes them better at Dot & Dough is they are not at all oily like I've experienced at other places plus the flavors are more pronounced. We ordered 4 and shared so we could both sample the flavors we chose.The Homer chocolate (chocolate glaze with colored sprinkles) was good but probably my least favorite of the four. The double chocolate (chocolate glaze with tiny chocolate chips) was my favorite because, well, chocolate chips! The strawberry pocky (strawberry glaze on 3/4 and 1/4 with pocky stick dust) was excellent and really did taste like a strawberry pocky. The cookies & cream had a delicious cream glaze with Oreo crumble on top and came in a close second in overall enjoyability.The fellow working here was very nice and quickly got our order together from the mysterious back room. Prices were in line with what I expected - these aren't truck stop donuts. But even if you prefer those I think you'll enjoy what you find at Dot & Dough (they also have malasadas)."

This was by far the best meal I've had this year and the best dinner experience I've had in a long time. We stopped in for dinner while celebrating a quick anniversary getaway at the resort, and wasn't expecting too much from the small patio restaurant on property. I was blown away by the caliber of cooking that is going on here. I'll try to keep it brief.We started with the mussels and a bottle of their Verdicchio 2022, which paired nicely. The red curry and coconut used in the broth was a great touch, elevating a somewhat mundane dish into a delectable appetizer. This was a great dish. We opted to split the Beef + Risotti entree because we had already eaten some small bites from their Cellar lounge. They actually brought out two individual plates of our entree, with portions that were certainly larger than a single entree. That's the kind of pro-active service that is missing in so many restaurants these days and it was greatly appreciated. More so because the dish was fantastic. The texture of the risotto paired with the mushroom sauce was sublime, completely upstaging the fall apart short rib and perfectly cooked green beans. If the mussels were a great dish, this one was near perfect for me. We don't usually order dessert but felt compelled to try the souffle, more so to verify the quality of their execution. Unsurprisingly, it was perfectly flaky and gooey and delicious. Needless to say, we enjoyed a fantastic anniversary dinner here. There are undoubtedly more things that I like about this place, but you really need to come try it for yourself. The Ponte Vineyard Inn is a beautiful property with many great features, and the Restaurant at Ponte might just be their best one."
