The steamed fish had garlic and Perilla was scrumptious. Though the pricing may seem high for certain people. The saying goes "you get what you pay for." The fish was truly steamed and delicious. The bullfrog and chicken gizzards were my friends experimenting with something different. The bullfrog had a small kick but cooked well."

"Food is delicious and very fresh! Flavor is good and good portion size. Got takeout from this place recently and the food was very good. Got 2 different kind of the meat filled buns and the egg tomatoe noodles. Everything was made fresh inhouse from scratch. Noodle was soft and bouncy exactly the way it should be. The buns were also super delicious and the meat with the sauce was on point. Parking was easy in strip mall. Highly recommend the food here!"

"And the next stop on my journey of Chinese cuisine in the IE: Magic Wok!At first glance, I was surprised to see a small Chinese takeout place with a drive thru! Much to my surprise, the drive through sitting only feet away from the front door is for the conjoined Burger King! Walking in, I was shocked. I wasn't hit with the pungent aroma of beef and noodles that I usually get whenever I walk into a restaurant like this, but rather a very clean smell. Neither smell is a bad thing, mind you. Both smells are welcome for me. I walked up and ordered my usual. If I'm being honest I did switch it up, the rice and chow mein look great, and so did the broccoli beef, but the mushroom chicken didn't look all that appetizing today so I went with orange chicken. I also got one order of spring rolls which comes with 2 pieces and some sweet and sour sauce. The chow mein was average. By that I mean there wasn't too much of any one spice/flavor, and nothing that made it stand out from your average run-of-the-mill chow mein. Not bad, but nothing id rush out for again. The rice was also average. Their rice reminds me of Chinese buffet rice which is my favorite. Fluffier and more moist than typical takeout places, and I love that anywhere I find it. Great flavors and even better with a couple drops of soy sauce. As for my 2 items, I was pretty disappointed. My orange chicken did have a nice flavor, but nothing really made it above "good." The broccoli beef was okay. I only ate maybe half of the beef, almost every piece had that inedible tendon/gristle. And the pieces that didn't have that were still very chewy. While having a good savory flavor, the broccoli beef just didn't cut it for me. The broccoli was cooked perfectly, but just didn't have enough sauce on it from the beef to really taste anything more than broccoli with some garlic. My spring rolls were good. The veggies inside had a great flavor and the wrap was a great texture of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Really I'm not sure I will be returning. I wouldn't go so far as to say inedible, I hate it when people use that word to describe decent food, but I don't think I'll be back here on my own anytime soon. One of my co workers was the one who recommended this place to me, he said it was his favorite spot to go to some time ago. If he decides to come here and invite me, I'd be happy to tag along, but I can't say this would be my first choice for Chinese food. I'll have to try some other places in corona and see what sticks out! Until next time!"

A bit on the oily side, but that's Chinese cuisine for you.I called the day before to order Peking duck and asked for it to be ready in time for our reservation so we wouldn't have to wait. They served it alongside the other mains - it did not disappoint! Such crunchy skin inside a pillowy soft bao, dipped in hoisin...we were in heaven.Service was fast and the employees are kind. They attended to our every need. They weren't stingy with napkins or to go boxes. All in all, even if the decor looked a little outdated and worn, we didn't mind so much. The food was the star of the evening and will be one of the many reasons we'll keep coming back!"

The service is great most of the time and parking is never an issue. I wish they had more Chinese authentic food but hey, that's not who they are in this scenario. So we ended up with a lot of food! We started out with the Crab Rangoon (DELICIOUS!!!). Probably the best ones I've had in a long time! Orange chicken and sweet and sour chicken were tasty, and hot teas kept us warm. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, they checked in on us regularly. The restaurant is not very big, however the tables, chairs and booths were spacious and comfortable. They kept their facility well maintained and cleared up quickly when seating becomes available. We have since ordered for delivery and enjoyed the food every time.We have been picking other items off the menu to try and they don't disappoint!"

I really loved the salt and pepper wings. I'd like to try another type as a meal. The chicken we ordered was good too. I can't remember what it was called tho. The crispy beef was just okay. We didn't love the sauce on it. Everything came out hot and promptly. Service was on top of things. They brought us everything in a timely manner without being intrusive. They took away unused plates to keep the table clear. The ambience is great too. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was in there! The decor was cute. We were especially impressed with the cherry blossom chandelier above every table. We'll be back for sure."

The restaurant is located in a somewhat ghost town kind of plaza. We waited about 15-20 minutes. The restaurant is somewhat clean. Food: The selection of food is pretty overwhelming. They have anything from sushi, hibachi, fried foods, salad/soup, pizza, Chinese entrees, to desserts! That being said, my biggest reason for the 3 stars is the quality of food. Don't get me wrong, some of the entrees are great while others lacked flavor, have TOO much flavor, are too chewy, etc. I do love that they are always restocking the food. There never seems to be a time where they are out of something. Hibachi seems to be a fave in the buffet, but just be aware there is a wait! Some faves: buttered potatoes, lychee, sushi, green beans, ice cream The buffet is reasonably priced!"
