"Years ago we really enjoyed this location. It would be a quick go to. But as the years have gone by the fries seem to get more stale and cold. The meat is a little on the al dente dry side, not as juicy tender as other locations. I think it would be an easy fix with staff to adjust the quality control of the food they're serving. Just a few tweaks here and there and she'll be good as new. Service is friendly. If they get the order wrong in the drive thru and you have to go inside they are quick to fix the issue. I appreciate the convenient location right off the 60 fwy Main Street exit. Easy to get in and on your way. Luv the red hot sauce with the spicy, vinegary tang. Their taco box deals are great for the fam. Lots of room for improvement then this location will be running like a champ. Fun fact: Since 1952, Baker's Drive Thru has been a cornerstone of the Inland Empire, thanks to Neal T. Baker. Opening his first modest hamburger stand on Highland Ave. in San Bernardino."

"Looking for a good breakfast spot, we turned a corner and saw breakfast shack. I've had it on the bookmarks for a while. Excited we were finally able to visit. Parking is slim pickings. Mostly sidewalk parking. Outdoor canopy with chairs for those waiting for a table. Staff will put you down on the waitlist and call your name once your table is ready. Nice variety of seating areas. There's the main eating area, a glass sun room and a few steps down to a lower bar area. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Variety of breakfast items to choose from. Classics that won't disappoint. Enjoyed trying this new breakfast place. Will be back again."

Zucchini was really good! A little confused that they didn't have chili cheese fries (which was what we really wanted) but had chili dogs and a cup of chili on their menu...? Not sure why there were TEN employees in the kitchen - keep in mind this is take out only. We will be back and give it another shot for sure."

"Ordered a Breakfast Jack combo, small BLACK coffee, and hash brown in the Sandwich. What I got was 1) no receipt; 2) a bunch of condiments that I did not request (creamer, sugar, ketchup); 3) a hash brown on the side (not in the sandwich); 4) grease all over the sandwich and the inside of the bag, then on my hands. Without the receipt, I returned to the location and the "person in charge", (no manager available) looked at me like I had an arm growing out of my forehead, then told me they don't make mistakes. She then proceeded to yell at another worker in Spanish, then returned to me and asked me what I wanted. I told her a merch card for the value of the meal. She went back around the corner and returned with a large fry, then told me that was what I asked for. She then proceeded to argue with me as to whether that was what I said. I'll not return to that location as they have no concept of customer service. And I'm putting this on Yelp because the franchisee made no attempt to make the situation right at an appreciable level. And I'm betting that as a corporation they just ignore this complaint."

At 10:15 am, Friday, it was not too busy, we must've missed the morning rush. It definitely looks like a locals' hangout the way the servers were chatting with the patrons.We were promptly greeted by Audrey at the front & seated immediately. In no time, our server, Claudia also greeted us & offered beverages to start. I was willing to take a gamble and order a coffee to see how they stack up to most places. I usually judge diners or restaurant according to the coffee that they serve. Surprisingly, it was decent. I couldn't decide but Hubby honed in on the (Supreme Stuffed) crepes-great choice coz then I get to sample his meal. Finally ordered the Bacon Skillet which is accompanied with home potatoes & cheddar & 2 fluff butter milk pancakes. In about 15 minutes our hot meals arrived. It's my preference when it states "skillet", I would expect it would be served in an actual/real cast iron skillet. That's probably too much to ask for but the tastiness of my Bacon Skillet won me over--it's the potatoes!!! So good! Perfectly seasoned & cooked, fried the way I like 'em. With every bite, I was just ooh & ahh all around for the potatoes. The bacon was pretty good, could've been crispier though. Hubby thought his crepes were pretty great , good portion. Fortunately, the skillet satisfied my appetite because when I finally tried the pancakes, I was not as thrilled. Yes, "light & fluffy" but nothing spectacular. Perhaps it is my preference for moist with a slight chewiness kind of pancake that didn't meet my criteria. Secretly, I was hoping to find lemon ricotta pancakes on their menu. No such luck.Overall it was a wonderful bkft. Never saw the bottom of my coffee cup, thanks to Lulu. Seniors & military receive 10% discount according to their sign. I love their indoor atrium that receive sunlight for those cold days, otherwise it's fairly comfortable climate indoors. Parking is free & shared among other businesses. Hubby & I are glad we finally had the chance to dine at Pancakes R Us."

Let me explain First, there was a guy outside who was slangin lemonades and gift cards and he got me on the lemonade! Not only was he cool to talk with but he convinced me to buy a huckleberry lemonade with my order inside so job well done! Upon entry we were immediately greeted with beautiful smiles and a seat in a roomy area with great lighting. We immediately noticed and roomy, clean, and eye-catching everything was. Shortly after our waiter (a respectful and kind young man) greeted us and took really good care of me and my mom. Also, when we had questions, he made sure to answer them all in detail and even gave his personal opinion on a few menu items. He had a great smile and warm energy. I ordered a grilled Idaho trout with fries on the side to start us off and my mom ordered their cheeseburger. Let me just say that this - every single item on our plates was amazing. I'd go back just for the fries alone - but now I have to go back and try so many more things. I recommend this place on the service and food alone! If we weren't so full - we would have had to try a dessert item but that's for next time All in all this was such a great time and this location and staff won us over. We will definitely be back and we definitely recommend Lazy Dog to anyone considering!"

"We were shopping in 99 Ranch Market located at Chino Hills Plaza. My youngest daughter was parched so we had to find someplace that gives out water. We didn't see any of the food vendors at 99 Ranch that offered water. So after leaving 99 Ranch, we saw our favorite fast food retaurant in the same plaza. McDonald's came to the rescue!Of course, I couldn't just go through drive-thru and ask for water. I ended up ordering my daughter's favorite item... 40 piece chicken nuggets with 2 large fries plus 3 waters. We got sweet & sour and honey mustard as our sauces. They only give 3 sauces per 20 chicken nuggets. Any extra sauces will cost $0.25 each.They weren't too busy at the time. Drive-thru was pretty open. Staff was pleasant. We did have to park at #1 spot to wait for the chicken nuggets and fries. Hey, I'll wait any day for fresh food versus getting food really fast that has been sitting at the warm bins. They brought out our foods and we were on our way to the next stop. Thank you McDonald's for being present when we needed you most!Btw, chicken nuggets were delicious as always, but their fries were a bit starchy IMHO. Water was fine except one of them turned out to be a Sprite. Hope someone who bought a Sprite didn't get our water."

"Found Blacktop Burger while scrolling through IG and decided to check it out this afternoon. Ordered our food and since it wasn't too busy at the time we arrived our food was prepared fairly quickly. We ordered combo #4 and shared the fries. The burgers were perfectly seasoned and the sauce complemented the burger well. The fries were cooked just how we liked them....not too crispy and very flavorful! Two meat patties are the way to go since you get more of that smash burger taste! No pictures of our food since we were so hungry but we will be back!"

"Wow just wow! This place is so good. It is like an old speakeasy. You would never guess that hidden in downtown Chino California is the best sandwich shop. My friends and I stumbled onto this place. We say online that they had good looking sandwiches and pasta. We walked into the place and a large party was inside and there was no sign saying secret sammich. We walked out and went around the back thinking there was a secret entrance. We checked the address and walked in again and walked up to the counter and found menus for the secret place.Now what to order. I ordered an Italian job and a coke. They all opted for Breakfast Burritos, I recently moved to the area and wash my car next to their location on Central and heard nothing but good things about it. Let me tell you. Not one burrito was left on the table that morning. Team members were asking me for the location so they can go on their own. I got 15 burritos , 5 Bacon, 5 Sausage and 5 with both. I included hash browns on all of them. Make sure you add the hash browns , great additions, although it still has great flavor without. Portion- 10/10 i believe they use four eggs for the small burrito and 7 for the large. They still crack their eggs, none of that carton stuff. Flavor - 10/10 - I didn't even use the sauce that was provided or the ketchup. It was fine without it."
