Where do I start..... by far the most amazing foody experience of my life. You won't regret it. I promise. I booked ButterFight Food Service for my 30th bday dinner. Chef Alan and I met up a few weeks before my dinner and went into every detail of what I envisioned for this day. I wanted the focus to be on food and wine. A literal Mary Go Round of tastings, textures, and smells. He listened and executed. To say that my family and friends were blown away is an understatement. He treated us with charcuterie boards, pass appetizers, a 5-course meal, and 2 desserts. His wine selection was the perfect match to every course, from beginning to end and their amazing work ethic is very consistent before, during and after services. Part of my vision was to go on a European culinary tour without having to leave the comfort of my home. ButterFight did just that through over the top customer service and focus. The sous chef was just as involved. The waiters were on it, non-stop and very sweet. I enjoyed every minute of this experience. I continue to book them for events and have also used them for meal preps. I highly recommend ButterFight Food Service !
