Butch's Grinders

This was my first time coming here. It was recommended by the Homie Albert and let me tell you it did not disappoint. The people here are very friendly. They gave you old school vibes. I got the Italian sub and he was fired. Thought it was some bacon if you guys are looking for some grinders this is the place to come.

Butch's is great and a convenient spot around downtown to enjoy a meal. I had the Ultimate Italian, which is tasty with the red pepper spread. Make sure to specifically ask for mayonnaise and/or mustard on that sandwich because they're not included.

Love this sandwich spot. Solid good flavors all around - I have never been disappointed here! They have inside & outside seating available, private lot parking. Service has always been friendly.

Normally a very good place, but don't go late. I have gone a couple of times past 1:30 and the bread is stale and hard. Been going here for years, actually decades, and never had a bad experience. Lately, quality is waning as day wears on.

Always a solid choice for a classic grinder. Substantial sized sandwiches, foot longs, soup and salad. Bottled drinks or chips to complete your meal and oh yes homemade cookies too! Service is awesome with their hometown vibes. Whenever you're looking to support your local community butch's would be a great spot. Shaded outside seating or inside seating now available. Simple, consistent and truly one of the best sandwich shops in the Inland Empire! I always get the Tuna Sandwich on Squaw Bread because they don't ruin it with onions! Man these guys get it! The service is always fantastic and my pals and I love sitting under the car ports at the bench's while we eat!

Easily The Best In Riverside... I have been going to Butch's for a longtime. When you mix a great quality sandwich with a super kind and friendly staff, you get a great experience. I work in Jurupa Valley and will drive the 15/20 minutes for their food. I normally get the cold pastrami or the turkey avocado bacon, this time I got something new. This time I got Ultimate ItalianCAPPICOLA, GENDA SALAMI, TOMATO, MORTADELLA, PROVOLONE CHEESE, LETTUCE, PICKLE, ONION, SALT and PEPPER, ITALIAN SUB DRESSING..Let me tell you, it was AWESOME!!This place is a hidden gem tucked away behind Mt. Rubidoux. Don't be shy when you are there, get a slice of the cheesecake, it won't disappoint..Thank You Butch's..

First time at the establishment, food is great with plenty of options for your stomachs appeal. I will definitely be back. It was recommended by my uncle. Also, I saw the great reviews from other yelpers. Service was a little slower than normal, so I suggest calling ahead, but it is definitely worth the wait. Tiny shop has limited seating on the inside, but they offer outside seating if you eat there.

Got the ultimate Italian sub. It was pretty good. Ate outside, think it would've been soggy if I ate it at home.
