I tried the hand rolls. It came out relatively fast. Everyone's super nice. It's nothing too crazy, it's packaged well for taking it home so the seaweed doesn't get soggy. I'd get it again. I think their prices match that of a restaurant though, so I'd label their sushi handroll overpriced.

They have an excellent $25 deal which gets you a ramen, chicken karaage and a roll. I loved my tonkotsu ramen and chicken. The hand roll could've stood to have less rice. But it's okay - the value is undeniable.Service is fast and friendly and the food is freshly made. Can't go wrong with this authentic ramen place. You will love it!

9/20/24 at 7:56pm-ish: I ordered ramen, karaage, and spicy tuna hand roll8:29pm-ish: finally got my food but the ramen was lukewarm and the handroll was room temp in my opinion9/21/24 at 3:50am-ish: I threw up and had diarrhea at the same time indicating food poisoning 9/21/24 at 7:30am: continued to exhibit symptoms of food poisoningHow do I know it was most likely than not that I got food poisoning from bushi? I didn't eat lunch on 9/20 and bushi was the only meal I had for dinner. I also saw the prepared food already sitting out on the counter while the staff waits to complete the order because they were cooking the kaarage which doesn't seem food safe to me because it took 30 mins to get my food in total. Regardless, this was my experience so maybe yours will be different. In my opinion, the food was mediocre and wasn't worth getting food poisoning.

First time at Haven City 2/9/25, there's so many options to choose from but we went with bushi and it was a great choice. We got the chicken ramen, shrimp tempura, and their steamed pork buns. Everything was made fresh and served with great presentation. Robin and Pam were great and so friendly and attentive as we sat down and ate there. Overall highly recommend bushi to anyone wanting to try ramen or that loves ramen! Ambiance was great!
