Burgertown USA

Been going to this location since the early 2000s when I worked in Redlands. Only took a few visits and Gus (Owner) recognized me and we started chatting each time I came in. I would visit for breakfast, lunch and sometimes even dinner. I have never had anything here that wasn't amazing. This is one of those last little dinners that feels like an episode of Cheers and you get an amazing food each visit. Now I stop in when I go to Redlands to visit family. Gus still recognizes me, comes out to say hi and of course the food is on point. This is one of those locations that you must visit and enjoy. Restrooms are accessed through outside door, ask the front for the key. Dining area is small but adequate seating, plenty of parking in lot and on the street. Burgers, salads, club sandwich, fries, breakfast...all of it is amazing and you can't go wrong!

I've been eating here since I moved to Redlands ages ago. My dad would bring us the Cali burger and fries. So delicious and quality has not changed! Redlands gem for sure. Just wish they'd update their interior and have AC during summer but maybe I'm asking for too much. Won't keep me from returning. Loooove their food!

Great burger spot with generous portions and affordable prices. The burgers are huge and very well made. Their homemade onion rings are delicious as well. The restaurant itself was a bit small and service was just okay. Still a solid place to eat in downtown Redlands.

Kindest dining experience I've had in a minute! Staff was so warm and they cared about making sure I liked my order. Cute diner vibes and the food was good value too!

Food and staff are both a great. Super fast lunch grab for a local busy downtown area. Call it in first. Has indoor and outdoor sitting with covered patio area.

Over charged me - the cashier that was wearing the white top and hoops that day was a total jerk. She was short rude and dismissive. I ordered a hamburger combo a burrito and a side of fries . I got charged $22 and change for the drink and fries , then the burrito and extra fries. No burger. I tried asking the other cashier that assisted and she was nice and apologized but the lady in white was rude and dismissive. She just kept saying - there's no burger in your order even when I was trying to ask her questions " miss there's no burger , so you want to purchase that now?" And extra $5 for the burger . Boo.

Great local spot ,not the best food but you can beat the prices for the food .It is well priced and really friendly staff. Small seating area .

Food is so yummy here and the prices are amazing. We have tried the burgers and breakfast, you can get a decent cheeseburger meal here for what you would pay at mcdonalds and you will actually be full. They have family meal deals for less then 40 so that makes it 10 and some change for 4 people. Breakfast is on point, huge servings great prices. They have everything from griddle goods to breakfast burritos. The denver omlette is very good, burrito was a good size and the pancakes are really big. The store is what you would expect for the whole in the wall. Some tables a sign that looks like its from the 90s but hey that is the charm of a place like this. These people also really take pride in the community and support young athletes.

Thank you burger town USA for another hot and tasty meal for me and my family. We all love your food! You always welcome us with a smile and a warm greeting when we enter. It was great to see so many families enjoying fellowship and a great time together tonight in the restaurant!

Delicious breakfast! We were greeted as we walked in. A few moments later the cooked said "hello" as well!Nice place and plenty to eat!
