Went in to get a pastrami because of the last review. But let me tell you it is completely wrong. The pastrami had the flavor steamed out of it I mean like there was a really weak pastrami flavor. The bun didn't have mustard or pickle inside it either. First time I seen that. You get a packet of mustard and pickle. I would not recommend this place for a pastrami period! Expensive too. $19.00 ?! I'll never come here for a pastrami.If you want a really good pastrami go to Johnny's on La Sierra Burger Point gets two thumbs down for their pastrami!

I've been to the Burger Point in San Bernardino which is great, but the one here in Riverside is awful unfortunately. My husband told me not to stop by the Burger Point in Riverside, but I still wanted to try it out. The burger was drenched in sauce and was hard to eat. They also use shredded lettuce, but the one in San Bernardino uses leafy romaine lettuce. The only great thing about this location was the soft serve ice cream. But just so you know, their yelp had a deal where it said if it was your first time there, you can get a free ice cream cone. So I told them and they didn't want to honor it initially, but I told them it was on their yelp and so they finally did. I think they finally removed it because I don't see it, but just fyi. I would say to steer away from this location and go to the one in San Bernardino.

So burger point is one of those spots that you already know the taste and quality before you even go to. It's your run of the mill burger joint you find literally everywhere. Frozen burger Pattys and puck shaped chicken Pattys . Like I'm really curious on what is made in house.Alot of the menu seems to come from a bag or box. The menu a decent size and I do appreciate that a Philly sandwich was added on the menu. But what I don't appreciate is the price of everything for the quality of food they are presenting to its customers. I also work in the food industry and I would be embarrassed if I served some of the food they are putting out. I hope burger point invest in fixing their menu quality. JUST take a look at the "fried chicken sandwich" i ordered it's burned ! And even if it wasn't look at the shape and size ! This belongs in a Frozen dinner meal from the dollar tree! you can't be serious if you expect people to pay premium prices for this kind of food .

The service that people the food is amazing. Best cheeseburger with bacon I've ever had. The ambience is nice and clean.

I'm always willing to try a new spot & I was really excited to give this place a try in hopes of a new "Go to" fast food place. I was so disappointed and disgusted with the food I ordered fried mushrooms and the breading was falling off super soggy on top of that they had a overly salty seasoning wow! So bad! I also ordered the patty melt it hardly had any meat super oily and the onions where raw not even cooked , my son food was also over fried and soggy fries .. I will not return and IWish I had gone back & asked for my money returned.

Amazing food and service. I did the drive thru and it was fast and easy service. I ordered the carne asada fries and there was plenty leftover, large portions !

Good Ole Fashion Hamburgers and Fries and they are good. The food is made just right and perfectly for a Genuine Burger and Fries. However the Onion Rings, Chili Cheese Fries, Chicken Sandwiches, Tacos, Onion Rings and Sandwiches are really good. Just a normal place with really good food and worth it to come and enjoy, one won't be disappointed coming hungry that's for sure. Great quality and delicious tasting food at a Burger Stand that's just fantastic.

This spot is probably top 3 burger spots in this area. Great deal right now, 2 crispy chicken burgers for 11$. Zucchini fries excellent quality. Shoutout to drive through worker for excellent service and extra condiments. Thank you!
