There's no way the loose their order and they don't bother to apologize, the manager is rude and has no customer service!

Staff are nice, Food is good, the wait isn't long, and the prices are better than McDonalds ‍ Especially if you use the rewards app!

My daughter and I needed to quickly fuel up between soccer tournament games. We almost did not eat here because of the low ratings but, when we looked through the previous Yelp reviews, the complaints seem to be about the order being wrong (which happens so we check before we leave the counter or drive away) and rude workers (which happens but that's not necessarily the people who work here now). My daughter and I decided to walk-in and check out the cleanliness of the bathroom (which was very clean and passed our "inspection") so we ordered. The team was very courteous to us and each other. The Whopper (with no mayo) and drink hit the spot for both of us and fueled her for her afternoon soccer game, which they won 5:1!!! The only reason this is not getting more stars is that many of the tables were not wiped down so we walked around a little to find a place to sit.

False advertising, They close at 10pm on Thursdays I just went threw the drive threw it says 12am close but it's 10:49pm still and the menu sign is off and no one is taking orders at the drive threw or responding at all but there is people hanging out inside still.

Went through drive thru, for lunch. No wait. Got two chicken sandwiches $7.54. Fast services. Food was what I expected. Apple Pay available. Drive thru girls were friendly.

Keeping up with the theme of negative reviews for this franchise location, my experience was terrible. I tried to use a coupon on the BK app. When I gave the cashier the phone, she rolled her eyes and said "you want to use this now?!" I replied "yes, that is why I am giving you my phone" she then replied "you're supposed to give me the code at the speaker. Who am I supposed to know this? It's contrary to every other fast food establishment that offers coupons (Mcd,Jack in the box etc). She then typed the code in but obviously made a mistake. I couldn't give her a new code because the app said it had been applied to my order. The manager then came over and offered no solution because I didn't have a new code and the offer disappeared (duh). I ended up cancelling my order and going to the McDonald's next door. Will not be returning to this location any longer. To the owner of this franchise establishment. Push your people to do better and perhaps you'll meet speed of service, food costs and trouble free. Worst place to buy food when you're in a rush the drive-through completely empty I'm the only vehicle and they still couldn't get my order correct. If you like salt make sure you buy your fries here it's nothing but salt

Ordered mix n match chicken sandwiches and got a free pencil with my sandwich. Who knows how many people touched this pencil or how many times it fell on the floor. Tossed it all in the garbage

They always get my order right. Like to come here with my kids for a quick lunch and to beat the heat. There's a McDonald's across that is always packed especially the play place. The Play area at Burger King is always empty. Never have to wait long for my mobile orders.

if you tell them, thank you they say nothing every time. I'm in here very rude. I would not recommend this Burger King to anybody.
