Burger King

Honestly, I'm very upset. I took my daughters for the Addams Family promotion for 2 combos. I paid $32 and the burger was not the one they were promoting. The cashier was very nice but she never told me that they were out of purple bread. They gave me the drinks in regular cups and my daughters were very sad. The children's dream is to receive what they see in the flyers. Plus I try to call to make the complaint and the phone number is out of service .

Lousy service from the person working the drive thru. It's not my fault there are no napkin dispensers on the tables and you have to take an order at the same time!

No one answered their drive through? They were open. Either understaffed or just ignoring people in general.

I ordered and received my meal around 6:30 pm. The young man prepared my food hot , gave me all condiments I asked for and had great manners. Very happy :) I have to admit I've had cold food when I order late at night from door dash . Food is much better bought in person in the evening !

Disgusting food, food you get is not what is advertised. Complete bait and switch. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT AT BURGER KING. EVER

Ordered two chicken sandwiches, the new ones, looked nothing like they were supposed to, ordered a spicy and original, the spicy wasn't spicy at all. Sodas had no syrup, literally just soda water. Sat in the DT forever, no cars in front of me and got cold ass fries. Buncha 7 year olds running that place.

Food is always warm and made fairly quickly.Drive through employees are welcoming and nice.Good deals. At BK you can have it your way!

Love their burgers . Clean place and friendly stuff. The bathroom needs to be cleaned, but I would come again.

I placed my order online through the mobile app. The app told me that the order will be ready no later than 1:10 PM. I arrived at the location at around 1:20 PM so I am already late for the pick up and thus my order should have been done a while ago. As I parked my car and was reaching for the door, a woman swung the door open while shouting out "F- this, I'm tired of this" and walked off. At this point I knew something was off but kept to myself. As I got to the line, there was two people in front of me. They placed their order and stepped aside for me to wait for the cashier to come back. When he came back, I told him I'm here to pick up an online order and the name is Kevin. The cashier is an older (age: 40 - 45) Hispanic man with gel slick back style, said ok and went some else to disappear for 5 minutes. In the mean time, I stepped aside as I thought he was either looking for my food or helping around inside. From afar I can see that there was three to go bags with the sticker seals to the side but figured it could've been someone else's order. After a couple minutes, the same cashier came back to take the order of three more customers. After the two customers in front of me when lining up got their food, and the three after me got their food was when I went up to the counter is ask is my food ready. The same cashier said he forgot my order and asked for a name again in which I gave. Only after serving an additional 2 more customers their food did I finally get my food. When he handed the three bags to me, I asked him if everything was inside just to be sure (since this isn't the first time BK has forgotten items in my order) and he assured me in an annoyed tone that everything is there. I did not have the time or ability to check at the counter as I was already late to return back to work and the bags were sealed. When I got back to work to eat some food, missing 2 orders of 8 piece nuggets. I filed a complain on the app twice and messaged them twice for any follow up and nothing. I would steer clear of this and any Burger King from now on and advise anyone else to do the same.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. UNLESS YOU HAVE AMPLE. The service is just trash is the manager isnt on the clock. 3 people inside waiting for 20 plus minutes. Only reason i know it took that long is because i took a whole 15 minute break before i received my food. (Edit started my lunch break and still havent gotten my order but like i said i wont be coming back. But ya know everybody that chose the drive thru got their food immediately. Its unfortunate because im a ups driver and i get something from here everyday and sit and allow them to just be slow and suck. But This is my last time ordering from here. Just too much of a waste of time. Like no one has the amount of time to wait around while they pick and choose who they wanna serve.
