Burger King

Why couldn't you give me what I ordered? I paid for a Texas double whopper and got what looks like a Big King with Jalapenos. I live on the other side of the city and coming back is not realistic. Order 52. I paid by card. Make this right please.

Went to enjoy a meal after work and was extremely disappointed. I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. I had a coupon for any size fry for free and I told the cashier about it and she turned around to the ask the manager. The manager proceeded to turn around and tell me that she wasn't going to honor the coupon. I asked why and she let me know she didn't want to. I than asked for a refund on my order and she said that Burger King does not give refunds. I asked for the corporate number and her name and she refused to give me either. If these are the managers they are hiring at Burger King I will not be returning to any location and make sure everyone I know as well does not either.

food tastes like an old sponge. trust me i know. maybe youre into that kinda thing. im not anymore which is why this places sucks now

Tried them again yesterday. I was encouraged because there were three cars in line in front of me so surely the burgers I get will be hot. But no. Three barely warm whoppers. I was telling someone in another state about the never hot food from Burger King nowadays. They said it's the same in their state. Burger King, get it together. You have such good food but worrying about botulism does not encourage business.

Gross and always dry and takes forever. The beef was saved from the day before and used again (against health code) and burnt bun..ew ew see

Store seems to not be in business has no working phone number ..also how can you make an order right when you can't answer a non existent phone??

I went to the burger King in Moreno Valley on sunnymead. I ordered 8 chicken fries the price said $3.99. When I went to pay they were saying it was like double Lee. I told the manager what the screen read $3.99 for 8 piece he said it was wrong the price and wouldn't honor it. That was just so misleading for burger King.

This review is for Susie...I went through the drive through not knowing that your menu on the screen had changed. Ordered a #2 thinking it was still the Double Whopper combo. Got home, when I took a look at what I was given, which is the Monster sandwich now. Went back &spoke to Susie. She was very proffesional &took care of the situation after explaining what had happened. She gave me the Double Whopper sandwich &without asking, added an order of fries as well. Thank you Susie for your amazing customer service.

Just awful; a drive thru wait; just to get home and have a big slob of mayo on both hamburgers; since my boys had only fries and nuggets and no burger I drove back just to again wait in drive thru; no apology; by far the worst attitude of employees
